Front desk staff not overly friendly. No hellos or good mornings each time we walked by. We had two night stay, sign said no house keeping unless asked for. We asked to front desk for housekeeping and never got any. No where to eat in hotel, all vending machines empty or broken, had to search for working ice machine. Will admit that at least bed was comfortable.

I feel that shouldnt have to go around the back of a hotel for there room. It looks very scary and dangerous. By looking at the outside you would be scared to go inside

The place was run down and gross. Curtains were ripped. Rug was not vacuumed after work in room was done. Mold in bathroom. Cockroach in room. Disgusting. I complained and was told I would not get a refund. Continued my stay. I have pictures for proof.

They gave me a room that wasn’t even cleaned out , phones not working , place looks run down , got a new room but it smelled like smoke, had black mold and sheeets were ripped. I could not breathe in the room.

Upon driving up, I was very disappointed. The property is very run down. I almost did not go in. Inside, the carpets are coming up. In my room, a ceiling panel is missing and was replaced by a plastic grate. The room smelled musty and like old smoke. The air conditioner was poor. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable.

No hot water ,we let in run for 25mins and it never changed it was ice cold. Went to call downstairs and the phone in the room didnt work had to call from my cell phone. Never again.

We stayed here on 12/30/2023. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating my and my daughters needs. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The housekeeping staff also did a good job with having the rooms clean and ready for us, as guests. I would recommend solely based off the hotel staff.

Do not stay here.
The heating system was not working at all. When I informed the front desk he offered me extra blankets! What a stupid offer it was when the temperature was freezing. Anyways I had to argue to get a new room where the heat is working. Overall it was a horrible experience.
