"Arrived to a birthday party or similar event,checked in and was told no bar no restaurant no pool,would have been good to advise when booking not when we arrived, when being shown to our room i had to climb stairs as lift had floor cleaner blocking and receptionist would not move,she then stood at top of stairs watching me struggle with my case(I am disabled and on crutches to walk) completely ignored me as if she had better things to do...."
