"Arrived at 4:30pm.to find hotel completely shut with no signs. Tried calling owner but had no answer. There was no communication beforehand. Hotels.xom could not help so booked another hotel to find that after 45 minutes of waiting for the lights to suddenly turn on! The person at the counter spoke no English and did not explain why they were closed without notice. I couldn't get refund on other hotel I booked.
