Your reception staff kindly checked availability and promptly helped us change the reservation to the correct night without any additional charge. "Style over substance in a lot of areas. Spa is a very small pool area with 4 beds which you can’t access until check in. Default answer to any request is no. We only gave our name at reception to be ushered back out the door and told to comeback later. No offer to hold luggage, told to go and sit outside restaurant and that there would be no food. Reception staff especially rude and unprofessional. Tasting menu good but surrounded by screaming babies and only one good server. Again any changes to menu told no and only the manageress had any idea on customer service "
