Dear guest, we were as upset as you once when we heard about the cigarette smell in the room. All our rooms are not smoking but unfortunately, some guests aren't as respectful as others of such limitations. We would have happily changed your room however we were fully booked in those days. We are sorry about the water temperature issue, but for honesty sake, we must say that during your 6 days stay you have reported the problem during the night of the 4th day and we immediately offered you to change to another room, just opposite yours, which did not have any problem but you refused the change. Great little guest house, perfect location for exploring the city. Comfy bed, clean and the room had air conditioning. Only thing missing was the coffee machine in the room as stated on the website. Simple continental breakfast which was perfect for heading out for the day. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Very clean room that comes with simple and nice breakfast. Marco even accommodate our late check in request. Appreciate it. Would be a perfect touch if some cups and water boiler is provided to each room.

Brilliant location and the staff were lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The guesthouse had everything we needed. Just be careful when arriving as it was difficult to find. We rang the receptionist and he came out to meet us.

Wonderful host! Very thoughtful and polite. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. 2 min walk to train station and several restaurants. Perfect location!

What a find!
My son and I were delighted with our choice of guest house, amazing value and couldn't be faulted. The room was cleaned every day with lots of fresh towels. Breakfast was varied and plenty of it.Great coffee! We had the external shower room and didn't find it a problem. Again very clean and for our use only. The location was perfect. Our room looked onto the Palacio Barbarini was is a beautiful and important art gallery. A must to visit. 2 mins work to the tourist bus on Plaza Barbarini. We ate every night at the restaurant next door, Taverna Barbarini as the food is excellent and the staff, especially Valerio, are lovely. We also walked 5 mins to the Trevi Fountain every night as it is beautiful in the lights. We had a wonderful time in Rome and would certainly come back and stay here again.

Wonderful Guesthouse in Perfect location!
Spent three wonderful nights in comfort with a/c! The staff are wonderful, they know what they are doing and take great care in providing the best possible stay! From the guesthouse: Walked to Barberini for amazing food, so many delicious cafes, restaurants, bars to choose from for breakfast/lunch/second beeakfast!/and dinner! Walked to the Spanish Steps for the typical tourist selfie! And continued along Corso, shopping all the way! Walked to the Trevi Fountain and enjoyed Gelato and Proseco with some lovely nuns! Caught one of the many "hop on hop off" double decker buses at Barberini and took full advantage at each hop off! And it's an easy walk from Termini too!

Great place to stay
Will stay here again when in Rome. Large, spacious, modern and clean room. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Wifi worked very well, no codes required. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Aircon worked.Close to good eateries and shopping.

Spent 4 nights at this guesthouse. Arriving by metro from Termini. Marco was there to meet us. Nice big room. Had a small fridge and kettle, so we were able to make a cup of tea, much needed after a long day in the city! A nice breakfast was served every day. Great coffee. Air conditioning worked very well. Room had double glazing, so we heard no noise from outside.

O.k. for a one night stay but not more
Stayed here for two nights at the end of a two week visit to Italy. This guest house has modern, albeit a bit spartan (if not bleak) accommodations. The location is probably not the best for sightseeing, but we were pretty much done with that by this point in our trip, needing proximity to the Metro for our return to the airport. The location is very noisy, so if you're looking for a peaceful respite in Rome this isn't the place. Staff is very friendly, but not always present, so don't expect a high level of service. A generous breakfast is provided however. The check in when staff isn't there is a bit awkward and requires the restaurant next door to let you in to your room. Not what you'd call a charming part of the City, so would not recommend for an extended visit.

Muito boa! O recepcionista foi muito gentil e prestativo para explicar tudo, desde informações sobre acomodação, como sobre os pontos turísticos. O quarto muito espaçoso e organizado, fica como sugestão colocar umas duas cadeiras e uma lixeira maior, mas fora isso foi uma estadia excelente! Café da manhã bom também, sem motivos para reclamações fomos muito bem recebidas!

Natale a Roma
Soggiorno di 3 giorni in coppia per turismo. Struttura situata vicino al centro e alle principali attrazioni della città, il che rende possibile muoversi esclusivamente (o quasi) a piedi. Molto vicina la fermata della Metro anche se ora non è servibile per lavori purtroppo. sistemazione semplice ma confortevole e pulita. Ottima l'insonorizzazione, la cortesia del personale, e in generale la qualità della sistemazione, soddisfacente per i nostri scopi. Da migliorare invece: la colazione fatta di cibi confezionate in generale un po povera ( un paio di cornetti non guasterebbero), il fatto che nella camera non fosse presente il set da the/caffè nonostante sia pubblicizzato, assenti anche i pubblicizzati canali tv premium (sky). Nel complesso, visto che non si tratta di una soluzione economica in assoluto, avrei sperato in qualcosa in più, ma il soggiorno è stat comunque complessivamente gradevole.

A hotel at good location
Good point * I was late at scheduled check-in time. But you were waiting for my arrival. * Location is best. This hotel was in front of the Barberini palace, so the atmosphere was very good. * You offered enough breakfast. I had the menu of the breakfast like in a picture of the home page. You always offered it on time. * The bedroom was wide, high-ceilinged, clean and comfortable sufficiently. * You were smiling and polite. Bad point * The shower booth was insanitary. Dirt was left on a wall, and corners in the booth and slide rail of a door were moldy. It was unpleasant, so I cleaned by myself. * The smell was left long time because there were no ventilators in the bathroom. There was one small window. But that was insufficient for ventilation. * Offered towels were in bad condition. I think you washed those appropriately. But black dirt was left in those, and the end was loose. * This room is providing teamaker according to my reservation website. But this room was providing neither teamaker nor a kettle actually.

Lobby direct, aan kamerdeur, dus vanaf 8 uur pratende mensen alsof ze in je kamer staan.. Badkamer schimmel, housekeeping probeert binnen te komen ook al zit sleutel in deur en klopt pas als het echt niet lukt. Beddengoed wordt verschoont, maar er wordt niet schoongemaakt, badkamer bv. Handdoeken ook niet. Binnenplaatsje wel fijn, voor de rokers onder ons. Locatie perfect. Kamer was goed, badkamer... Nee

Petit hotel, bien situé
L'hotel est sympa et assez bien situé, à moins de 2 km de la fontaine de Trevi. Le personnel est sympa mais pas présent en permanence. Il n'y a que 5 ou 6 chambres donc l'hotel est assez calme ce qui est assez agréable. La chmabre est comfortable et correctement équipée : Un bon lit, airco, tv (uniquement des chaines italiennes), free wifi. La salle de bain est à mon sens le point négatif, pas très propre, très peu de pression dans la douche et l'ajustement de la température de l'eau est assez instable. Le petit déjeunerest simple mais suffisant. Un Patio central permet de se détendre dans un espace extérieur. En résumé, cet hotel est approprié si vous souhaitez y passer quelques jours, juste pour le petit déjeuner et pour dormir, le reste de la journée nous étions à l'extérieur. Je conseille cet hotel si vous souhaiter juste une chambre et que vous visitez la ville durant la journée car il est bien situé. Note : ATTENTION aux moustiques tigres !!!!

De locatie is daadwerkelijk 10 min lopen vd Trevifontein. 3min lopen van metro en busstation. Restaurants en winkels overal. Supermarkt 3min lopen. Goed ontbijt, schone en comfortabeke kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede transfer service. We hebben genoten v onze citytrip. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader!
