We booked with Expedia and when we arrived in Rome the directions take you to an unmanned office across the street from the actual hotel Very confusing especially if you don’t speak Italian

Easy location to find from the main train station and smooth check in process. The room was classy, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the morning coffee that was offered.

The hotel is 5-10minutes from main train station. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our cases before our room was ready. The hotel is small and on one floor of a building but there is a lift to the floor. Our room was lovely with everything we needed, complimentary wine and water, a fridge and hot tub in the room and sauna down the hall. The breakfast was brought to our room, toast, juice, pastries and fruit, very simple but good, tea or coffee. There is tea and coffee facilities in the hall 24 hrs I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The property is located in the heart of Rome easy to get to and I felt safe the staff was amazing served breakfast every morning and made sure I stay was comfortable.

Fantastico!
Beautiful interior and super friendly service. Breakfast served in the room was plentiful but the same every day. The only slight downside was that the hotel was a little difficult to find - a discrete name plate outside the door along with other hotels and apartments rather than a clear Hotel sign. Overall a fabulous stay in a great location for walking to attractions.

It was near the station and a 15 minute walk to all the site seeing. It was located in the middle so the location was perfect. Room and staff where lovely. I will be booking again next year xx

Amazing Customer Service
Everything is good, very near to eateries and train station. Super friendly staff. Only one thing the shower room wall and edges a bit mouldy (sorry i am a cleaning man)

Amazing
Very beautiful, modern and large room. A jacuzzi is amazing( after day of walk ) . My husband celebrated his 30th birthday, so they put balloons in the room, very nice !

The location not good far from the popular sites, IT'S NOT A HOTEL, it's apartment in an old buildimg grabish in the first floor, very old elevator we didnt use it.

Dera Rahamin & Yafit. Just to be correct and objective. Far from the popular sites (15 min walknig maximum). Very old elevator is subject to regular maintenance and it is safe. Upon your arrival, after your disappointment about the location, we accepted free cancellation if you'd like to change the structure and go away. Really, we hoped in your change (Don't like ? Don't stay. Simple) That's you that have decided to stay. And, to make you more happy we offer your superior room with jacuzzi (very different price) NOT GOOD We are really sorry that you stayed with us and we don't understand because you didn't go away Just for discount???

NO HOT WATER for Jacuzzi /shower SPOTS on sheets
We booked for the amazing jacuzzi only to find that it was not cleaned and had NO HOT WATER. The water from the tap was lukewarm at best and when we could only fill the jacuzzi up 1/4 of the way before the water went completely cold. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. We arrived on the other side of the street because their address in Google maps is incorrect. Instead of coming to get us or directing us, they hung up in our face when we called. Sheets had spots on them. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere luckily we were only there one night! It's walking distance to the buses at termini station, BUT termini area is sketchy at night especially and takes a while to walk to sites you'd actually go to Rome to experience.

we are very sorry about the problem highlighted, it almost never happens, unfortunately the boiler was blocked in the evening at 11 pm and before the next morning we could not do anything. for the rest she tells lies because on google she has looked for another hotel with a similar name that will have put the phone in her face because she did not understand what she was looking for, the whiteness is washed and sterilized by an industrial laundry. no words

A small scale accommodation facility that is very convenient Roma Termini and Metro. The property offerred some nice treats and we're happy to accommodate our early arrival allowing us to leave our luggage until the room was cleaned.

The staff are exceptional. The location is ideally located a short walk from the train station and a 15-20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We will definitely be back!

Good location if you’re taking the train
Clean ja spacious room near the Termini railway station. We stayed just one night on our way from Amalfi to Milan. Great location for such a brief pitch stop. The room was nice, could’ve stayed longer. Breakfast did its job too, but nothing special. Check-in required a bit of waiting and a phone call regardless of following the instructions sent.

Very good stay, comfortable, quiet, nice breakfast friendly staff. Bathroom was nice but had a design flaw that caused water to stay in the glass panel track and leak onto the floor. We were taken aback by the tiny sign on the street doorway and the internal entrance for the hotel, not what we expected.

Exactly as pictured, updated and all you will need in Rome for sure. The in-room steam shower was not working and someone left something behind when they came into our room when we were not there. Disappointing. However the staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Great hotel with great locación really close to the metro station and the Roma Termini. The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect every single morning, plenty of food. The sauna was a great amenity that we used, awesome. We will stay there again, no doubt.

Nice hotel perfect location
