Dear Madam, you claimed to have forgotten in the bathroom of your room, upon check out, your trousse, a second hand item of little value - by the description that you have given of it, except that it contained some medicines. We have immediately searched to full extent the room, the towels, the garbage, and to our deepest regret did not find anything. We have also interrogated all of our staff and nobody as seen these items anywhere. Nothing more we can say,

Dear Melissa,as it is indicated on our booking page, our hotel does not have an elevator.In spite of your bags being extremely heavy, our staff helped you at your arrival and at your departure, but we wished we were informed in advance of your limitations, so that we could organize your stay properly.Please note that our property is located just half floor from the ground level and that we always help our guests carrying their bags.Given the small size of our hotel, we don't have the obligation to employ a porter, which by the way would be extremely expensive for our guests, and you were not charged for that.It is well indicated on the website where you made your booking that we do not have a porter.Our staff always helps with luggage, but because we are not on site 24h the guests should be able to carry it by themselves when the staff is not present.We can organize a transfer service to and from the airport or train station with drivers that my help our guests with luggage, if we are informed beforehand of such necessity.If you had followed our suggestions you would have been all set, but you preferred to do it your way and we regret that in the end it affected your experience with our hotel.Best wishes,

Thank you for your feedback, we will work on our improvements. The location was much more louder before the Covid, but as hard as we try, being our hotel at the crossroads of many tourist pathways it will be hard to bring the street buzz to zero.Best wishes,

Thank you for your stay and nice comments, and thank you for your feedback!New towels are on their way by popular demand :-)The soap that we provide in the shower belongs to the Dove Deluxe line and works as a shampoo as well, we find this product being of really high quality.The sign out the door is as big as an A4, true,, but that is what the authorities permit us to install, being the piazza under protection.We offer a transfer service in a private car with a trained driver that will take you to the entrance of our building and help you with your luggage. If you are coming by car, we can help sending more detailed directions.We look forward to your next visit already!

We are sorry for your bad feelings. It should be added in the recount of your stay that you sent us your complaints immediately but di not let us enter your room to provide assistance, which we could have done immediately for most of the problems.Although the room should have been delivered to you spotless, those mistakes could have been repaired in very little time.The manager himself apologized at the end of your stay and offered to compensate you for the trouble but you replied that everything was ok and it was not necessary.Little we can do about the noise from the outside, but our rooms have insonorized windows that make it really quiet in the night. Because our location is so centric and at the crossroad of many tourist pathways it should be expected to have a more lively atmosphere downstairs, but that is common to all the buildings in the same area.Best wishes,
