Only location is good
Sound insulation is super bad, easily heard the sound from another room. Bathroom equipment should be enhanced, water will leak to the room when you take a shower.

Weird, needs cleaning
Place was conveniently located near the metro and had a beautiful view. That’s about all the redeeming qualities. When booking this room there is an extra 6 € cleaning fee per person per night not listed on the website and unknown to us until after booking. Plus the tax that we did know about. Musty/dusty sheets, black mould at the shower base. No water pressure. When taking a shower, water leaks everywhere into the main room. (Had read a previous review about this...) Needs maintenance. We wanted to change rooms because of this but we couldn’t, because after check in, we never saw any staff for the rest of our stay. Just left the keys in the room door as instructed by a peice of paper on the wall. Someone did however come in and replace our towels and tidy the room after the first night. Glad there was an in room safe. 3rd floor walk up in a secure building, which did made us feel safe in Rome. Would not stay again :( (Plus, what’s up with the blue lighting?)

When we arrived all doors were locked and no one answered the bell. When I called the number I was told entry instructions had been emailed so we sat in the hall about 15 minutes trying to get a strong enough WiFi signal to get the information. Once inside things were good until around 8 pm when all lights and power went out in our room. We tried calling again but no answer. Tried texting, emailing and nothing. So at 5am we had to get ready in the dark to catch our train. It would be a great accommodation if they just staffed it and welcomed guests.

Sehr unbequemes Bett, Dusche schimmelig und in schlechtem Zustand. Sehr laut, direkt an vielbefahrener Straße, auch nachts.

Su localización es muy buena, a pocos minutos de la Estación de Termini y bien localizado caminando a los puntos turísticos más importantes (15 minutos del Coliseo). La habitación está muy bien, camas cómodas y lavabo bastante nuevo. La ducha fue lo único malo ya que no funcionaba muy bien (había una cascada y una ducha tipo lluvia que no funcionaban). Otro punto malo es el horario de recepción porque es muy corto, aunque si te organizas bien no hay porque ser un problema. En general, un buen establecimiento para pasar algunas noches.

Unbelievable what has happened to me. I’ve booked a room and once I call the owner to set up a meeting for the check in no body answered. I tried until midnight but still no answer. I had to sleep outside. Moreover I’m struggling to be refunded because the owner doesn’t recognize his fault. I recommend everybody to avoid this accommodation because it seems that what happened to me happened to other people as well

I'm sorry about your situation. But the check in time is until 5p.m. all the check in after that time have to be concorded with the staff. You were unreachable on your mobile and your mobile all day long. Probably next time you have to reserve an hotel with a 24h reception service of you want to reach the apartment whenever you want without advising anyone.

L'hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée nous avons dû choisir une autre chambre. Tous les hôtels étaient complets et finalement avons trouvé après deux heures de recherche une chambre au quadruple du prix que nous avons payé chez vous

A recepção só abre as 11h e não as 9h como informado no anúncio, por isso o serviço de deixar as malas so foi possível após esse horário. Tirando isso as camas são confortáveis e o quarto é limpa.

Ficamos para fora. Combinamos por telefone que chegaríamos entre 20h e 21h, seguimos as instruções de interfonar e ligamos para o mesmo telefone que haviamos contactado no dia anterior, porém não fomos atendidos e tivemos que encontrar outro hotel pela rua a noite. Experiência terrível

Ótima opção para ficar em Roma.
Excelente localização, próximo ao Termini e dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Quarto todo reformado e aconchegante. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, tem um supermercado a 2 quadras.
