The room is nice, clean and big but the property is in the middle of nowhere. If you plan to do activities in Rome, this property is not for you. There is no train station near by. It costs about $35-40 each way to go to Central Rome (Roma Terimini) and about the same for the airport. The onsite restaurant has very limited options and the menu is only in Italian.

Room was nice and clean but my air conditioning did not work. It didn’t matter I just opened a window it was cool out. Also the shower leaked, A lot. Other than that a decent place with a nice big bed, breakfast and kind staff

The suite was clean enough, but staff do not acknowledge you presence until you speak to them, it's nearly an hour's drive from the centre of Rome, and there is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. There's also a totally bizarre rule about not bringing any outside food into the room, as if it were a restaurant. First time I've ever seen that after over a hundred stays in hotels.

Far from everything, 35 to 40 dollars in a taxi to go to city, no wifi in your room, you have to go to the lobby area, no iron,if you need to iron your clothes for get about that. Note:The tv works with wifi, so for get about that too.In my vacations. I really had unpleasant experience with this hotel.

Very nice hotel outside the city of Rome
If you need to city center, you need to go to nearest subway station Batistini by hotel shuttle bus. Very nice hotel staff, clean rooms and nice views. Supermarket few steps from hotel entrance....

Personale terribile alla reception (in particolare una donna grassoccia che consiglierei di rimuovere), invece di aiutare ed assistere il cliente sono passivi, nessun sorriso, terribili risposte ("faccia come vuole lei", "può fare quello che vuole", etc."). Stanza orribile con vetro rotto, parcheggio pubblicizzato come gratuito ma a pagamento, telefono non funzionante, stanza non pronta dopo il mio arrivo nonostante l'orario dell'inizio del check in era passato da un'ora, non mi hanno risposto prima del mio arrivo al telefono. Mi hanno costretto a chiamare Expedia davanti a loro mentre stanco aspettavo di fare il check in, avendo ragione per l'assenza del parcheggio privato gratuito come da loro pubblicizzato, sorridendo dietro il vetro della reception. Orribile e che non riprenoterei mai neanche sotto tortura.

Struttura sicuramente non rispondente ad un 4 stelle S. Stanza ampia e silenziosa dotata di TV e frigobar, letto comodo. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nell'adiacente centro commerciale. Non ho gradito la moquette in stanza e l'assenza dei canali Rai. Colazione scarsa per qualità e quantità, sala colazione angusta.

Douche défectueuse dans plusieurs chambres. Marre d'eau partout dans la salle de bain après avoir pris une douche. Très dangereux de glisser sur le sol. Hôtels ayant des chambres sur au moins 5 étages. Air climatisé centrale volontairement mis a off le jour par le manager de l'hôtel. Chambres au 5e étages a 27°C, dont impossible de se reposer car il fait très chaud. La réception a voulu reprendre avec insistance une deuxième fois les passeports des mes parents après que nous ayons formulé une plainte pour l'air climatisé. Mes parents ont eux peur d'être victimes de fraude car la réception a appelé deux fois dans leurs chambres pour obtenir leurs passeports. Nos passeports avaient été photocopier lors de l'enregistrement donc cette requête insistante de leurs parts nous a paru supect. Garantie nous ne retournerons plus jamais a cet hôtel. Ces évènements ont gâcher notre dernier jours de vacances.

Da consigliare a tutti, 20km da Fiumicino
Ho soggiornato solo un giorno, il 23 cm. ma tornerò di sicuro, ho trovato su Hotels.com questo hotel e ci siamo trovati bene , pulito e non caro , prezzo buono , a 20 km dall’aereoporto Fiumicino dove non c’è stata molta strada da fare, visto che mio figlio è partito per la California . Hotel pulito , personale disponibile, si trova di fianco al supermercato Conad, unica pecca è il parcheggio, perché scrivono che compreso alla camera c’è il parcheggio gratis ma in realtà ci sono 3 parcheggi dell’hotel a pagamento 5€ al giorno ma tutti gli altri parcheggi liberi, sono occupati da tanta gente che va al Conad o a mangiare qualcosa o fare acquisti ai relativi negozi interni , perciò i parcheggi erano tutti occupati

Das Hotel hatte überall Teppichboden ausgelegt das in einem stark verschliessendem verschmutztem Zustand ist. Das Bad komplett verkalkt und in der Dusche stand das Wasser Knöchel tief. Das Fenster mit abgebrochenen Griff. Die Matratze stark abgenutzt. Die Wände stark verschmutzt und Tapete waren zum Teil in Auflösung.

Nice..but too much noise for a 4 star's Hotel...
1.The air-condition didn't worked, the receptionist explained it's the Rom city who decide how much energy/electricity they can use.??? They told us to open our door and window for fresh air. The major problem was our room was beside a big highway and if we opened the window, it was too much noise to relax and sleep. We request for an other room on the other side, away from highway noise, and they said it's not possible? The hotel was almost empty and sleeping 4 nights in that condition was not expected for a Hotel with 4 stars. We had requested a quiet room before we arrived. We were very disappointed and would not return back. 2. The toilet seat was total loose and it fold off/down every time we used it...even though it's was a toilet for handicapped?? They send someone to fix it and nothing changed. 3. The Hotel is to far from Bus/Metro and it was difficult and expensive with Taxa to reach to the center of Rome. 4. All the staff was very kind and friendly, but it's not expected to sleep 4 nights in that condition.
