Unable to go on this trip due to Coronavirus whereby advice from the FCO and Centre of disease control was not to travel to Italy as country was in lockdown. I contacted the hotel to explain we were not allowed to travel due to the ban on travel to Italy, hoping they would allow us to cancel and rebook another time due to not being able to travel due to circumstances beyond our control, but they failed to even reply to us. Very disappointing to get no response at all. Also contacted expedia so they could contact the hotel but didn't get any response from them either.

Good overall, but could be improved
Everything was good. The only thing that bothered us was the bathroom. The vent does not work and mold is strating to build up, and I would imagine that the smell after you take a shower would be gone if the vent was fixed.

Fantastic place to stay!!
Me and my girlfriend travel a lot and we always book on 3star and higher hotels depends on what country and location and this time we tried this guest house in rome, and we are more than satisfied because of the location, 20mins walk to colliseum, and 10mins walk to termini station whichbis the biggest and central train station in rome, the guy that work for ena guest house is fantastic he should be a general manager for hilton marriot hotels, the most accomodating hotel staff we ever encounter he book all our train tickets from rome-florence-venice-milan-geneva and we got the best internet price!! Will be staying back here nxt time im recomending this place to all my family and friends!!

Very nice hotel, great value for money
Simone very helpful and friendly, hotel is excellent central location, very clean room and amazing shower! Only slight con is the room faces into a very busy road so with the window open it was noisy. But there's a cooler in room so could technically keep window closed.
