Квартира хорошо расположена, но не готова к приему гостей. Половина розеток не работают, на первом уровне на окнах щели до 2 см, а обогреватель не включается и чистился года 3 назад. По ТВ только 4 канала. В парадном гора мусора. Оценка 3-.

La zona es muy buena, pero más allá que muchos sitios tienen escaleras, aqui son 4 pisos incómodos, y la cocina esta en una escalera, y el baño en otra incomoda escalera caracol. Es decir en un habitación en un 5to piso. El baño no tiene privacidad y es muy pequeño e incómodo. El check in fue malo. Esperamos 2 hs en la puerta , con la excusa que no habian recibido nuestro mensaje de arribo. Y segun vecinos les suele pasar a todos los pasajeros Lo único bueno es la zona.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, dadurch aber auch nachts sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell, alles in allem war es recht sauber (aber nicht überall...). Die Küche ist nicht besonders ausgestattet (nur ein riesengroßer Topf und eine Pfanne; keine Teekanne, kein kleiner Topf). Der Kühlschrank ist mini. Es war schwierig, mit der Besitzerin in Kontakt zu treten.

Great location!! We walked to most of the "Must See" locations on foot, and lots of good places to eat around the area. We are family of 4 in pretty good shape, I won't recommend it to seniors, or anyone with issues with going up(or down) 5 floors of stairs, and the main bed, & only bathroom are on the loft up another spiral stair-case. The host was very nice and easy to work with.

Cannot beat the location and the atmosphere. The loft is very cute and was just what I needed for a couple nights. However keep in mind you have to cram through a tiny doorway and carry your luggage up 5 flights of stone steps. No lift. If that works for you, then you’ll love the place.
