ATRHOME- Frattina Luxury is a lovely apartment located on the first floor in via Frattina, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps, the heart of the center of Rome.
The property is located in an elegant building and consists of a bright living room with sofa bed with smart TV, a double bedroom with Jacuzzi and smart TV (netflix), a kitchen, a terrace with sofas to enjoy the relax in the center of Rome and at guests' disposal a modern washing machine, a comfortable and silent bedroom with a whirlpool bath with chromotherapy and a furniture sink, which overlook the internal courtyard and a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower.
The following are available to guests: access to private wifi available throughout the apartment, 2 smart TVs, linens for personal hygiene and for the bedroom, hairdryer and essential courtesy kit for the guest.

The apartment despite being located just a few meters from the Spanish Steps and via Condotti, the heart of Roman shopping, enjoys a quiet privacy, allowing our guests to easily combine tourist attractions and Roman nightlife with a relaxing and regenerating living room.
The house is easily accessible by public transport (Metro A stop Spagna at 200mt).

Vacation to Rome!

We loved our room. It was in a very safe neighborhood, and very close to several tourist attractions. The whole area is just beautiful. Just be careful to know that you can't drive a rental car here. It is in a restricted area of town called the ZTL.

Great location to stay in Rome!

When we arrived at ATRHome, we had been given instructions on how to enter and everything was made easy by Giulia. I had several questions during our stay and Giulia was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything, including where we could purchase extra luggage and having a taxi ready for us upon our departure. We had all that we needed and the apartment was immaculate!

Great location

This is a perfect location. Close to major attractions. Not a lot of light comes in any window due to high walls all around so there are no views, but comfortable and easy to stay here. Property Manager is easy to work with and eager to help with anything extra that is needed.

We had a lovey four night stay. Everything with the apartment was great. Could not be in a better central location. We walked everywhere. The host was absolutely fantastic as well.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment thoroughly. It is a small but very functional space and great for tourist who are in Rome to roam and need a cozy, comfortable, clean space to sleep in. Our host was very responsive and accomodating. All in all great value for being in the heart of Rome and shopping and dining and tpurist area.

Traveling rome

It was a great location. This was our final stop in our travels and didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the location/property but I would recommend staying. Does need new pillows for bed but everything else was great

Well located, compact 1-BR flat. Nice neighborhood with lots of interesting shops and cafes. The light switches and HVAC controls were a bit difficult to figure out.

Perfect location and plenty of space!

Perfect location for being in the heart of Rome. We walked everywhere. Restaurants and cafes around every corner. High ceilings and big bathroom! Beautiful, private courtyard with washing machine. Giulia was extremely easy to get ahold of through WhatsApp and responsive. Highly recommend!

Guila has poor communication skills sometimes taking up to 4 days to reply to messages prior to the trip and hours while staying. We arrived to an apartment that wasn’t cleaned after the previous guest left and the cleaning people didn’t show up until an hour after check in to start cleaning. There’s bird poop everywhere outside so you can not hang your clothes up to dry. The drying rack is covered in poop too. There are no instructions on how to use any of the appliances so that was frustrating. The listing is for 1st floor but there are two sets of stairs to go up and that was a problem with my handicapped husband. The chairs outside are rotting and cracked so beware sitting in them. The apartment was located in a very nice area with tons of shopping and local attractions.

Great location, within a 10 minute walk Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, 30-40 minute walk to Vatican and colosseum. Property nice outdoor patio and clean. Toilet seat was broken and toilet ran. Lighting and electrical work was a little messed up. Owner did not inform us that there was an extra fee for vacationers until the night before we checked out…it made me uncomfortable to leave 48 euros on a table.

It is meeting all of my requirement : 1. Easy access to main attraction 2. Restaurants or grocery access 3. Clean room with bathroom (important) 4. Laundry It met all of conditions. It is busy street but once you get in the building it gets quiet. It takes less than 5 mins walk from Spanish steps. Carrefour Express is just around the corner so you can get the necessities on your way out or in. The place is clean with spacious and clean bathroom and luxurious shower. I didn’t use it but in the master bedroom there is spa option as well. Taxi stop was nearby and there was also few restaurant options incl. hand made dumplings and authentic pizza restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great Stay AT ARHOME

We had a pleasant two night stay at AT RHOME LUXURY APARTMENT Via FRATTINA in Rome before a flight back to the States. The apartment was accurately described in a prominent area of Rome. It is very near Piazza Spagna and the Spanish Steps. It is also in a very stylish area with many pedestrian zones. The only issue we had was that my wife has mobility issues and cabs could not always get to the door as a result of the pedestrian zones. One would have to walk two blocks to the Piazza Spagna to hail a cab. Even with this minor inconvenience, we were able to visit all the sights we planned while we were staying at AT RHOME LUXURY APARTMENT Via FRATTINA. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by to pick up breakfast to bring back to apartment along with close-by restaurants for a great dinner. Given the chance, we would look into availability at AT RHOME LUXURY APARTMENT Via FRATTINA upon a possible return to Rome.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Location was great and a very good restaurant right across the road.Only complaint would be getting pooped on by the birds while sitting on the patio. No matter where the umbrella was, they still managed to score a hit.It was very quiet, even with the windows open at night. We would stay here again

Awesome Rome stay!

We loved the location and property! The street was quieter than the main hustle bustle but close to everything. The property was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Loved the terrace and having an extra sink in the bedroom.
