Perfect boutique hotel!

Can’t recommend enough! This small boutique hotel was gorgeous, immaculately clean and 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps. Our room was bright, airy and spacious. The hotel manager was helpful and kind. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and would love to return in the future!

Do not under any circumstances stay here! Every single thing about this “hotel/suite/not sure how to describe it” was awful. The room reeked of smoke (like someone had been chain smoking in the bathroom), they didn’t give us a comforter or blanket for the beds, and it was a super weird setup- basically like they own an old apartment in a building but no one there to monitor and just rooms of people staying there (no check in desk or anyone there at night or during the day apart from stopping by to clean and arranging to let you in. The absolute worst part though was how incredibly dramatically rude the owner was. For example: she wrote to ask when we would arrive and I wrote back with the time. When we arrived, we rang doorbell for a while and no one answered. When I called, she yelled at me that we should have called sooner (why? We were there at the time we agreed?). When I asked about anything more than a thin sheet, she said we didn’t need one since it was hot out (eventually gave us one). i can’t believe anyone can stay in business behaving like that. We had a four night stay and checked out after day 2 because it was so appallingly bad. She refused to refund unused days. For context, we have stayed in Rome several times in recent past and so are familiar with what to expect at that price point and this was dramatically dramatically worse. Don’t even consider staying here!

BUENA UBICACION. ES COMO UN AIRBNB

Buena ubicación, buena zona cerca de muchos restaurantes y de l plaza del popolo, así como del metro. Recomendable en general. Muy buen tamaño de habitación . Roy es muy amable y servicial . Tuve un poco de interacción con una mujer, quizás la dueña , que no parecía muy amable, afortunadamente Roy es lo opuesto. No es un hotel, no tiene restaurante , no tiene nada . Es como un AIRBNB , prácticamente .

Location is great, next to all key historic sites within walking distance, place is clean and quite keep in mind it’s a bed and breakfast not a hotel Cons, overpriced for a b/b , no place to park a car if you rent, no real breakfast

This was a great property and overall we were very happy here. Our only complaint is that the WiFi was very spotty. Our room had a WiFi booster but we were constantly kicked off and it was slow which was frustrating.
