The first two days, where okay. Spacious (for Europe) rooms, comfy bed, weird half door shower that leaked everywhere. It got cold in the room at night time, after we couldn’t find a thermostat anywhere in our room, I asked the reception desk into which we were told that the heating was set for the whole building and it was fine. We just grabbed a extra blanket and made due with it. The evening of the 3rd night we came back to the room after a long day of site seeing, and upon opening our door we were greeted by an infestation of thousands of tiny insects crawling underneath the spare bed in the living room are. Obviously disgusted, we got our hotel reception person and he told us to switch rooms. Upon moving all our stuff into that one, I noticed more bugs, and a 4 inch centipede! I was livid, so I went and asked for a room with no bugs, or I wanted a refund. We were given a different room, which I was happy to say, was big free...but it had exposed wiring in the bathroom, a 3 minute hot water heater, a tub that leaks from the bottom everytime you showered and noticable mold growing all over. Also, the walls are paper thin, and we had extremely loud neighbors, so we were kept up most nights till 2-3am.
The hotel is okay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not near really anything, hardly any restaurants, about a 15 minute walk uphill to get back to the room.
