"I liked that v it was on the beach, pool and restaurant. The food was very good. What I did not like many dogs going in and out and using the elevators and my husband eyes swelled because he c was allergic. The tub in the bathroom was dripping continually and was annoying all night and the floor in the bathroom seemed to be wet. I would dry it and it would come back. All and all it was a good place to stay and staff was amazing and a great breakfast and pizza 🍕"

"This is an absolutely beautiful property in Orange Beach! It has a large heated pool, a daily hot breakfast and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our every need. The location was perfect with plenty of walkable dining and entertainment options. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were amazing, not to mention the view from the balcony. Definitely our new go to for Orange Beach!"

"The room was cozy, clean and updated. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and cutlery! The AC and dehumidifier were excellent! The full bed was super comfy! The pull out bed was very uncomfortable but the host said that would be replaced.The pools were awesome! The one on the 1st floor was shaded a lot which was a great break from full sun! I’ve never had to pay 35 for parking and had trouble locating the staff to pay but got the number from the host and tracked them down."

"This is intended to help not deterWe have visited this area regularly since the early 80's. We have stayed in lots of places, mostly the Caribe. As we have aged we have found beach houses and villages such as Tannin suits us better. -CONS-Starting on the outside the cottage was very dirty on the outside. A pressure wash needed terribly. The beach box was nasty and in disarray. (my husband organized it) No grill, The outside shower needs a minor adj, maybe an eye hook, (can't use both hands to wash sand off beach gear), NO umbrellas at pool, No access to community pool. INSIDENew mattresses needed, new shower rod in guest bedroom needed, drawer/dishwasher (not the best design), Frig will not open all the way, good skillet needed, dish rack needed. Paper towels were the pits. -PROS-Communication excellent, inside was clean, (sofa could use cleaning) cozy and cute little community, plenty towels and linens, great location, great for walkers, joggers, bikers, we loved that this unit was on the end, closer to beach access, (road noise didn't bother us) clean pool / perfect size. We had a great get away! Four adults and two children, five and six! They loved it! "
