"The house is clean, fairly well equipped, and the host was responsive. However, several important points are worth noting for future guests : Only the living room, kitchen, and one out of the seven bedrooms have air conditioning, and the unit in that bedroom is very noisy. Due to the intense heat in the other rooms, we asked the host for portable fans, which he declined, and we had to buy our own just to be able to sleep (and took them with us when leaving of course). Additionally, the living areas are upstairs directly above the bedrooms, and the floor lacks soundproofing, meaning every footstep and sound echoes clearly below. Lastly, accessing the pool and pool house requires either walking through the bedroomsgoing all the way around the outside of the property."

"Great stay with a group with a lot of children. Narcis is an excellenr host that does everyrhing to make you comfortable and entertain the children. Especially helping out at the fram was a superb experience for the kids. Narcis also cooked for us two evenings and helped us with a bbq and the price/quality of what we were served was absurdly good. Defintely a go to destination for a big group. Ps: the treasure hunt he organised for the kids was super appreciated. Thank you Narcis!!"

"A beautiful and truly unique property less than 30 minutes from Girona! We brought our entire family—three sons, their spouses, and our grandchildren—and there was plenty of room for all 15 of us to spread out comfortably.We loved the spacious grounds and spent hours enjoying the large pool, complete with a great assortment of pool toys. Evenings were especially memorable, whether playing paddle ball under the lights or gathering for happy hour on the beautiful covered portico.One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful countryside setting. It provided a relaxing escape from the crowds while still being close enough to enjoy many of Catalonia’s highlights. We explored the charming medieval town of Besalú, spent time at beautiful Lake Banyoles, visited the fascinating Dalí Museum in Figueres, took a day trip to the Costa Brava, and even caught the train to Barcelona to experience its incredible sights.This property was the perfect home base for our family vacation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to some of the best destinations in the region."

"Apartment was clean and modern and in a very good location. It had all the equipment required. The apartment was very warm downstairs as there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom bathroom area. The two fans provided did not cool this area. The air-conditioning should be controlled by the customer in the apartment. It seemed to switch itself off in the night when it was needed most. It did not cool the downstairs area. There should be a door on the toilet. It would’ve been nice to have a bottle of water left in the fridge on arrival."
