The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English"

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay. On the positive side, the water pressure was great, which made for a nice shower. Overall, a decent place to stay, but with some inconveniences that could be improved."
