"Our room was filthy. Floors were covered in prior guest debris and hair. No towels, soap, pillows when we first arrived, but a call downstairs got those items quickly. It looked like our room wasn't ready for occupancy, no clock, hangers, extra lock on door. No blackout curtains, so at night, room was too lit up from outside lights. "

"The property is very colorful and well decorated but it wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling and badly stained sheets and towels. They had a strong chemical smell so they had been washed. We had to ask for cups and towels for the room. The front desk was helpful and brought them to us."

"What a beautiful property! We had a wonderful time experiencing Villanova university and the Inn at Villanova University. The staff was wonderful! I highly recommend everyone stay there at least once when they are down visiting Villanova university."

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"The front desk staff were professional and responsive. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The housekeeping, however, did an abysmal job of cleaning the rooms. None of the trash cans had liners, we had a cracked ice bucket that was not replaced until after two days of bringing it to their attention, They repeatedly kept forgetting to provide us bars of soap as well as a full complement of bath towels. They forgot to clean our room on two different days and we had to call the front desk to have them send a housekeeping staff person to do it. We definitely will not be going there again."
