Book a Roiville Cottage

"Well what can I say our stay was simply lovely. The photos do not capture the magical element of Les Patis. The properties charm was delightful. Tony and Pat are both great hosts and could not do enough for our family to make sure our stay was special. Tony even set up a DVD and TV in the communal room by the pool, for all the children staying in the Gites. Our children loved making friend's and now have pen pals in Hamburg, Dublin, and Wigan. The other friendly families made it just a fab...

"Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt."

"Great location, very friendly and helpful host, Dorothee.Made my family feel very welcome"

"Nice chalet in green, quiet setting. Great kitchen and enough space for our 1 year old to crawl around."

"Good sized gite in beautiful grounds with easy access to the heated swimming pool, hot tub and fishing lake. Hosts, Pat and Tony, were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and available, if needed. As a group of family and friends, we had a great week with something for everyone."

"We had a wonderful week, the property was lovely and the pool was heavenly especially as we were super lucky with the weather. This is a wonderful base to explore the area, but also a lovely place to stay and relax. Thank you."

"The house was absolutely beautiful, and ideally situated just a few meteres away from the town square - but very quiet indeed. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Les Glycines, which is highly recommended. The downstairs space is fairly compact, so while I think it would suit a family with small children it would be a bit of a squeeze for a group of five adults. But overall we loved it; we needed a rest and that's what we had!"

"Très bon accueil, gîte très propre, très bien équipé , environnement très calme"

"Enjoy peace, nature, and distant views in a typical Norman house. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The house itself is extremely well-equipped and finished with high-quality, authentic materials. We thoroughly enjoyed the region. If you want to unwind, this house and this region are the place to be."

"The property was clean, and the back garden is large and enjoyable. There was no Wifi, despite advertising that there is. Also note that the bedroom layout is not great for privacy - you need to pass through one bedroom to reach the next bedroom."
