My family of 5 had so much fun! Great kitchen for meals, working grill, walking distance from the dock. Great views, clean and a good place to disconnect.
Myself and three friends stayed for a nice relaxing escape from the busy work/mom life. The property has a great stocked kitchen. The communication with the property manager was great! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and up to date. Thank you for the stay!
Excellent property for vacation w family! Dock alone makes it worth it. Clean place, great area, clean everything. Short walk/drive down to dock. Wildlife every morning to see. Could not be happier with this choice. Recommended to all!!
The house was very clean and easy to check into, and had most everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the location by the lake was awesome. It was fantastic having a boat ramp right there to put our boat in, but not the easiest boat ramp to use (right and narrow). The thermostat is a little tricky to use, but we figured it out. The tv and blu-ray were not connected so we had to set those up ourselves. Overall a pretty good stay.
Our stay was very relaxing. IF we had cooked our meals, the kitchen would have been great Be aware that the 2 bathrooms are upstairs, so you will get plenty of exercise! There was plenty of room to spread out and be by yourself or sit around and visit. Just wish some of the brush blocking the view of the lake had been cut back some. Over all, it was a great time.
We enjoyed our stay and having direct access to the lake was great! Loved spending time enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning and sitting around the fire pit area in the evening. Really needed this getaway to just relax. Owners and house manager always responded promptly regarding any questions or concerns.
The location is isolated and the drive down is tad rough, however it was very quite and close to the lake. Inside the building was very clean and accommodating. Nice open area downstairs for cooking and hanging out. Upstairs bedrooms were nice. I struggled with the thermostat it kept resetting itself to 75 and upstairs it would get hot and stuffy at night. It was a hot week, everyday was 90 plus so coming off the lake and into a hot house was a tad annoying. Overall very nice I would go back and recommend to others.
Quiet and secluded. The kitchen was very well stocked. Unfortunately the boat deck was several feet away from the shore so unable to access. The hot tub was not in good working order, needs repair. The control panel so wore out we couldn’t turn it off and on without using breaker box. Also never got heated up to temperature. Heavy rain prior to our stay and the rug was soaking wet. The manager was responsive and apologetic
Started with amazing communication and easy access to the house upon arrival. The house is set up perfectly for small groups/2 families. 2 bedrooms, not too small and each with a bathroom attached. Great outdoor space and everything was a fair distance from the house. Could use more outdoor lights near the hot tub, but the patio near the tub was PERFECT size. The water access is closer than it looks in the photos, but the incline is more aggressive!! (It was a mild workout...but WORTH IT).The water access is lovely. And despite being on a pretty busy waterway, it wasn't unsafe. We were able to paddle board without worry of getting run down by a speed boat, or the waves! The only downfall was proximity to town...definitely a drive. All in all, worth it. Had a lovely time out there...(oh, and a gas stove; that brought me joy).
My husband and I brought our 13 y/o son (and a friend) and 16 y/o daughter (and friend). The house was just like described. Plenty of plates/silverware/cups etc (which is needed with 4 teenagers). It was nice that us girls shared a bedroom and bathroom and the boys shared a bedroom and bathroom and everyone had their own bed. The dock was a bonus for the kids to be able to have a close place to swim. The walk back and forth from the house to the dock definitely closed my exercise rings for the day on my watch .Everything was great. The only issue we had, which isn’t really an issue, was the Wi-Fi wasn’t always working. BUT we also had 4 teenagers and 6 phones connected, so we kind of figured it wouldn’t be super amazing connection. We definitely would come back to the house if we decide to come back to Beaver Lake.
We have stayed at a lot of properties on Beaver Lake and I would stay here again! I’m never sure when I pull up to a house, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in it was clean, comfy, and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked very nicely, and all of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice with the ability to walk right to the lake. They hot tub was clean and when we went, it was a little cool in the mornings and in the evening so we were able to put it to use. Communication with the property manager was great and fast and they were very responsive. If you’re looking for a two bedroom house, this is a great choice!Something to note: we did pull a boat down to the house and it’s not super easy to back into the driveway. We were able to do it with our 24 foot boat but if we had had a boat any bigger, it might’ve been impossible. Just something to keep in mind. The water was very high at that time. If the water level is lower, you might be able to use the boat ramp gravel driveway, (which is right next to the house) and turn around at the bottom of the ramp but when we went, there was no room to turn around.
