The Pines on Beaver Lake

Beautiful private, completely remodeled home located on Beaver Lake in Rogers,AR. We are just 7 minutes East of the Hwy 12 Bridge. Within 5 minutes of Hobbs State Park, many hiking/biking trails, 10 minutes of Prairie Creek Marina, 30 minutes to Euerka Springs and 20 minutes to all Downtown Rogers has to offer! Beautiful seasonal views of Beaver Lake from the front porch and wrap around deck to enjoy the wildlife and unbeatable sunsets over Beaver Lake! Plenty of space to spread out and relax.
The space
Inside you'll find a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, dining space to fit 8-10 people, well stocked kitchen, all appliances you need, Coffee Bar, Laundry area, 2 VERY spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and linens, one En-suite with shower and a spacious bathroom with tub/shower combo. Downstairs you'll find second living space, twin bed and one set of very comfortable bunk beds. Pool table and PAC Man arcade game was added as well!
