It may seem not the best looking hotel and you probably go find better but after the weekend we had in Rodgers Arkansas during that crazy tornado, the staff made sure we were safe and refunded us for one night! Even before that our room was not cooling and the owner himself had them replace the whole AC unit and checked on us himself! I would stay here again! Especially if we are going to be at the softball parks all day, and only sleep for a few hours lol. It was reasonable price. Now don’t expect the Hilton bedding lol but it was clean!! We’ve stayed in worse while traveling for softball.

Very clean. Mattress was too hard because I prefer a soft mattress. The hotel next door made me feel unsafe when outside the Microtel.

My room smelled like a locker room. That was the worst part. I didn’t complain to the manager because I was too exhausted and didn’t want to deal with it and just went to sleep. So Im mentioning it on here. Took a long time to have a shower because the water pressure was poor. The continental breakfast was very continental. The biscuits and sausage and gravy weren’t too bad though. I stay in the Bentonville Rodgers area occasionally, but I won’t be staying here again. You get what you pay for they say, I definitely did in this instance.

The property was very attractive and very well maintained. The property staff were very helpful and pleasant on check in and throughout our stay. The only negative was the motel across the parking lot that was a mess. It was not part of the Wyndam property but very close by.

Over all the hotel was very nice other than the bathrooms being a little dirty. The beds were very comfortable. The area around the hotel was just a little rougher and it seemed like the hotel should have been in a nicer area of town. Other than that, the staff was okay and our stay was enjoyable.

I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, I really didn't like the room I was given on the first floor. It was creepy to say the least - right next to the parking lot and incredibly tiny. I asked if I could have a room on a higher floor and the receptionist didn't seem very happy that I had asked. In return, I got a room across from the elevator. The pictures are nothing like what the room is actually like. Tiny, way outdated, VERY loud at night and no amenities (there is no refrigerator or microwave, no shampoo, conditioner or soap were provided). I would not stay here again.

Great stay for the price. Breakfast was sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, bagels, toast, juice. Pretty good. Turn in to neighboring hotel parking lot to get this hotel parking. Perfect location for what we needed. Close to Roger’s old downtown with cute shops, eateries, rail yard park.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The shower was hard to regulate (temperature). It would get very hot during a shower. The second morning, our shower curtain was missing. It was replaced quickly. The toilet handle would stick and leave the water running.

I loved that the lady at check-in was very knowledgable about the area. She was very kind and thoughtful in being able to get us connecting rooms. We were not able to stay the whole night and we still enjoyed having the space to get ready for the concert. We over-all enjoyed the convenience it had to the Walmart AMP as well!

The facility was quiet and clean. The multi-unit dwelling across the shared parking lot was nothing short of a mini slum—NO reflection on Microtel Inn as they have no control of that. The facility was clean with friendly staff who were helpful.

Front desk guy was very helpful. Breakfast was ok except there isn’t a person refilling the food. My kids wanted more sausage, we ate bananas what was there and that was all. Room wise, the bathroom was so dirty last person that had the room shave there were hairs all over floor sink and shower.. beds were fine but if you have little kids on a play pen, or anything you use to put them to sleep, the room was very small.

Before my stay, I had read horrible reviews and I had no expectations for the hotel. However, the place looked nice and clean, towels, and sheets were clean. Obviously the cleaning was done regularly and thoroughly. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was fairly quiet, but I occasionally heard loud noise from the neighbors. Thin walls. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. I stayed for 2 nights and I was comfortable. It IS safe.

Hot water took forever to get hot, called desk and she said had to run for awhile cuz something was broke. Only had one light in room, rest wouldn’t work, and neither would the plug ins.

Tv didnt have the proper remote needed to navigate the interface, had to get a guy to bring in a special smart tv remote just to change the input so I could use my xbox. Wifi didnt even work anyways. Also, they didnt leave the remote...also no microwave or fridge in the room? And no waffles either? Get a wafflemaker. 2 stars

The room was extremely small making it hard to be comfortable. The window tracks were full of dirt and mold - very disgusting. There was almost no water pressure and I didn’t have hot water. Considering the fact that the room cost nearly $100, it was definitely not worth it. Do yourselves a favor and spend $30 more and get a decent place to stay.

It was a bad experience overall, front desk lady, property renovation, noises very small rooms, very hard to get in the parking, do not recommend.

The staff were great, appears to be under construction/remodel. The area is not so good
