‘Big Boulder’, the prominent center-piece of the Creekview property, is located directly in the heart of Red River Gorge, KY. This newly renovated cabin features modern appliances, a gorgeous window-wall filling the space with natural light, tiled shower, modern interior/exterior decor, spacious hot tub, great views, and so much more. While Big Boulder accommodates large groups of up to 10, the enticing price point and cozy atmosphere is also perfect for small families and couples.

- Big Boulder is located on our ‘Creekview’ property offering 150+ private acres right in the heart of Red River Gorge. Several developed hiking trails and climbing routes on property.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (oven, standard coffee maker, blender, microwave), washer and dryer, flat-screen SmartTVs/ATT Now, fire pit, propane grill, wrap-around porch w/ outdoor furniture, and more!
- Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Loft: 2 Queen Beds w/Partition and Sleeper Sofa
- Two full bathrooms

Firewood can be purchased on-site which is self service and self-pay.
- Please Note: Big Boulder is located up a small paved hill. Limited parking. Vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers prohibited.
- Prime Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more
- Within walking distance of Soul Sister, Creeksong, Dreamcatcher, Hillside Haven, Cozy Creek, Angel`s View, and Dreamscape.
- We do have camera surveillance on property. There is a camera on a pole barn facing the roadway leading to each cabin and on the well house facing the pole barn. A camera at Soul Sister facing the front gate of the property, and at Big Boulder on a porch support covering the hill and on the garage facing the road intersection.

- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.

We came as a small group and this cabin was perfect! There was so much room for everyone and the communal spaces were exactly what we were looking for. Everything was fairly clean, but there was dust on some things like the blinds that kicked up our speciesbut overall a wonderful stay!

We visited this property for my friends bachelorette weekend. Great house with plenty of space, location to desired attractions, and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway celebrating the bride to be!

Nice cabin, great location

This cabin was in a very good location, close to lots of attractions. Loved that it had a nice black top driveway to get there. The check-in directions made it very quick and easy. It could have been a little cleaner, but overall, we had a very nice time there. We loved the hammocks, hot tub, and fire pit!

Beautiful, clean cabin

This cabin was amazing! We fell in love with it. Very clean and had a lot of amenities. We loved the fire pit, the hot tub and the hammock swings on the porch. The porch was just amazing all together.

Beautiful cabin!

The cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a great get away in a beautiful setting. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and was so easy to check in and out of. The only thing was the fridge never got very cold, but it worked just fine!

Beautiful cabin!!

This is a beautiful cabin in a gorgeous sitting. The creek is right across the street and you can actually hear it flowing. Cabin had everything we needed. The wrap around porch was great to watch the snow falling.

So cozy!

What a cozy place this was to stay! My family and friends had a great time, and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the jacuzzi, the rocking bench and hammocks… it was so easy to get to our trail heads from here and it was also near the coffee shops and places to eat which we enjoyed while here. The property management was very responsive, and always got back to us very quickly.

The cabin is beautiful!! A few inconveniences would have made our stay so much more peaceful. If you plan on cooking at the cabin, bring pans and silverware, we had 2 spoons and one butter knife between all 8 of us! The beds in the two downstairs bedrooms are very uncomfortable. The couch in the upstairs pullout bed is ripped up. The AC is very mediocre ( would have been nice to know before booking) if was uncomfortable at 78-80 degrees with 90% humidity on more days. We had to replace the remote battery for the ceiling fan because it doesn’t work without it. The main bathroom down stairs has mold growing on the ceiling from moisture. There is not a working exhaust system in there. All in all, I would not book this cabin again.

Bachelorette weekend

I wanted a quiet hiking and exploring weekend instead of a traditional night at the bars and this cabin was so perfectly located between so many different areas to explore and shops to check out with an adorable coffee shop down the road. We were able to communicate easily with our host during the stay as there were so maintenance issues they were addressing before we arrived but we didn't mind and really just enjoyed the privacy and cuteness of the cabin. The hammock seats outside were really a MUST. We all loved relaxing in them in the morning or after a day or hiking. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The location for this property felt magical, right in the forest and near a creek. My family was excited the minute we pulled up the steep driveway. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a great 360 deck and pretty lights. Inside it is clean, well maintained, cozy and well stocked. The upstairs area was great and well loved by our 2 preteens. We also loved the porch swing and hammocks. The creek and hiking paths nearby were great. We did not try the hot tub, but it was a nice option. The one thing I would definitely change in the lighting near the hot tub, it is very dark back there. Some brighter, but warm colored light bulbs in the sconces plus maybe another pretty cafe string light, like near the carport would go a LONG way to making it feel more fun. Hosts were super responsive. Location is 5-10 mins from tons of activities and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great location! Close to restaurants, the trails on the property were great...to be able to walk out our door and go to waterfalls was so nice! Description was spot on....3 rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher pods...So if staying for longer than couple days,bri g more.

Beautiful Scenery and Relaxing Atmosphere

We had a great time at this cabin! There was everything we needed here and it was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. We ended up staying an extra night because the kids were having so much fun on the property and at parks and attractions nearby. My favorite thing to do was to hang out in the hammocks. We had a fire just one night because of rain. Check in was easy. We experienced a couple of wasps on the deck and called for something to help get rid of them. Maintenance helped us out shortly after calling. The only little issues were the hottub starting having an odor Saturday evening and we asked for someone to check it out but no one came. We weren't able to use it on Sunday because of that. The only other thing is the couch downstairs; when you sit down you practically end up sitting on the floor. The kids didn't mind but us older people had a little difficulty with it. It would not keep me from returning, however! Thank you for sharing your cabin.
