The Climber’s den is a unique property in the heart of the forest, location is very private and romantic yet only 5 min drive to a great bbq restaurant. It’s better to arrive before sunset as getting there can be a bit tricky. Better drive there on a SUV..The place was clean and had space heaters to keep us warm during chilly October nights. The only issue we had is the hot tub malfunction during the first 2 nights. It was fixed on the 3rd night so we could finally enjoy it. Also, be aware that to get to the 2nd bed you have to climb the ladder up. It’s better to settle who’s sleeping where if more than 2 people are staying on the property. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!!

Great time!

It was a pretty cozy place! Loved the view of the rocks from the bed and the location is perfect. You will definitely need 4 wheel drive or an All wheel drive vehicle to get to the location if it rains or has rained.

Nice place.

Close to everything. The place is nice. Enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. You probably need a 4 wheel drive vehicle with decent clearance, especially if it has rained or rain is expected.

Great experience

The property resides in a unique and relatively private location to compliment its unique design. This property immerses you in the beauty of Red River Gorge. We visited in November but we're able to stay toasty warm with heating provided. The kids loved the upper sleeping area.

Loved the Dome

We stayed 2 nights in the Dome and absolutely loved it! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The owners were very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Note you most definitely need 4WD to get to this location. Highly recommend the Dome!

Overall, my family loved this dome! Such a cool place to stay for the night and very relaxing. You DEFINITELY need 4WD to stay here. The A/C wasn’t working which was unfortunate but the property manager was apologetic and easy to get a hold of.

Peaceful getaway

Everything was peaceful and beautiful. We struggled with parking our big truck, and the water pressure in the shower couldnt rinse my hair, but other than that, i loved it!

Breathtaking Oasis

The stickers to take home were a cute addition btw thank you for those. The domes interior was so beautiful. Spacious, Heated, little Cliff side oasis. The hot tub location was perfect. Communication from the host was above and beyond from detailed driving directions to tips and tricks for the stay. I couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Absolute Perfection

The only negative I have is that I did not download/screenshot directions before getting there. It was so nice! I’m always worried it will not meet my expectations. This exceeded it. The throw on the bed was so nice, it was pottery barn! The towels were soft and smelt amazing! It was private. Loved it. Would definitely recommend!. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was amazing and so cozy we had a great time the temperature in the dome was so cozy from the moment we walked in we loved how secluded it was and relaxing in the hot tub also having redpoint bbq right on the property was great the food is amazing we will definetely be returning for a stay with our kids!!

Dome was exactly as advertised. First time staying in one and it exceeded my expectations only thing that was a negative was the drive to the property and there was not many places to eat. But that was the town and nothing to do with the property.

Excellent Service! Over and Beyond

I asked the host if they could help me with the birthday surprise and they went over and beyond with an arch of balloons and a happy birthday banner upon arrival in the dome. The surprise was perfect.
