Glamping Cabin in the Heart of the Red River Gorge

The Mustard Seed Cabin offers a back-to-basics, off-grid experience for those who appreciate the simplicity of life. This tiny cabin provides glamping style shelter with limited provisions. Embracing a minimalist lifestyle, a folding cot is provided. We ask guests to provide their own bedding/linens and plan to bring their camping stove, water and a cooler for food storage.

For restroom facilities, an outhouse with a flush toilet and sink is available, ensuring your comfort during your stay. PLEASE NOTE there's no shower on the premises. Restroom facilities are shared with one other glamping cabin (The Mountain) on the property. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO ELECTRICITY AT THE 2 GLAMPER CABINS.

Guests will have access to their private glamping cabin, private deck and detached bathroom. Please note, the bathroom is shared with other guests who have reserved the one other glamping cabin on Redemption Road Properties.

Firewood is not provided. Pets are not allowed at this cabin. This is a very basic, off grid glamping cabin, please pack everything you would need for a traditional camping adventure.

  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

I think the property would be improved with a grill or a fire pit and the addition of a picnic table. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay very quiet and clean!

Nice and cute place

Stay was excellent, except for some ladybugs on the window but didn’t really bother me. Only thing is, said room for 2 so I assumed there’s 2 cots but only one cot was in the cabin. But overall a great experience!
