Enjoy a gorgeous Beaver Lake View Right in Prairie Creek at The Blue Heron.

Feel at home in this gorgeous, one level, newly renovated treasure. You will enjoy the comfort and style you deserve for your vacation. Relax on the completely covered top balcony or the lower sun deck and enjoy the 180 degree view of Beaver Lake. There is a fire pit and a large Jacuzzi for you to enjoy the outdoors on the cold nights.

The master bedroom is elegantly done to be a private retreat for you to enjoy the view. It has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Each bedroom off the hallway also have there own unique decor along with very comfortable inviting King size beds with access to the hall bath. The bunk room has 1 double and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own large screen TV.

After a fun day on the water enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and having dinner alfresco style on the balcony. There is a nice dining table and chairs along with rockers and gliders to enjoy the steak you just prepared on the gas grill. Or eat inside at the large dining table, enjoying your view from the expansive wall of windows. Either way, you can always keep your eyes on the water. If cooking is not your thing there are many restaurants close by for you to enjoy.

Get cozy on the extremely comfortable extra large living room sectional with a throw and a nice fire in the wood stove as you watch a movie on the largest flat screen in the house. There is also a smaller sectional to relax on if you would rather stare at the water than TV.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer and a two car garage with room for parking in the driveway as well. There is a lower drive way as well where you can park your boat trailer.

Putting your boat in the water is a breeze with Prairie Creek marina just a couple miles away and the HWY 12 launch ramp, which is even closer. You will be only 5 miles from downtown Rogers.

Lake retreat

Had a fantastic experience at the Blue Heron. Our second time we have stayed here and it was the best! The home is immaculate and the views are breathtaking. Fantastic place to relax after a full day in the lake.

Long weekend get away.

We had a great time! The property was perfect for our group. House has amazing views and very clean. Plenty of space for all. We really enjoyed being able to use the dock and float on the lake!

This is our third year at The Blue Heron. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoy the deck view and watching stars by the fire pit. Located close to Prarie Creek marina for boat rentals.

Tornado trip

Property was beautiful, clean and had everything we expected or needed. Met the owners briefly as they were checking on us and the property after a large tornado went through the area. Very nice, friendly and accommodating.

One of the best!!!

The house was nice and clean. The location was a bit tricky to find but it was perfect once we found it. Had great parking and I was able to even store my boat trailer there!! The private dock was the best part being able to chill and swim right down from the house was great! We will definitely be staying again!!

Perfect spot for a low-key friends weekend!

We chose this house because my friends and I (who live all over the country) wanted to get together for a low key fun weekend. This spot was so perfect - beautiful house with plenty of room. And we saw 2 bald eagles! Located about 40 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown. I’m a big fan of Arkansas now! Thanks so much!

Stunning view and home!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is right on the lake, while theres no lake access, you dont need it. You can enjoy the view from anywhere in the house or the deck (esp the hot tub). The house is up to date and the details that make it feel like home are what we ravved about, comfy king beds and pillows, towels, blankets, etc. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The weather was amazing and we did a lot of cooking! We had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen! The view was great. Everyone had a wonderful time. Beautiful place and the view was gorgeous and although there was no pets alllowed we got a visitor a sweet black lab that stayed on the deck the last nite we was there everything was great thank you we treated your home like our own so i hope we left your place like we got it

Perfect Getaway!

This was a wonderful home and the host thought of just about everything. It looks exactly like the photos - beautifully decorated with awesome views of the lake. Catch the morning sunrise through the large picture windows in the dining room; the lake was so serene with the morning mist rolling, deer in the foreground and hawks and other birds flying overhead. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable with soft linens, blankets throughout the house. Kitchen is well stocked. It really is a great place. Don't hesitate to book this one. We loved it!
