"Stayed because of the proximity to airport. They had breakfast ready at 4am so I was able to have breakfast before my 6am flight and the shuttle to airport was a big help. "

"We are handicapped, but were unable to get a handicapped room. My husband is a Vietnam vet and almost fell trying to get out of the tub. I've had a stroke and didn't feel real safe taking a shower in the slippery tub."

"It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge."

"The hotel staff was amazing room was comfortable my my only thing I wish they would improve on there was no channel list for the TV had to flip through every channel to see what it was on no movie channel. there was no town information restaurant recommendations or anything like that in the room. "We booked the standard queen sized room, and it was extremely tiny. Felt like a broom closet and the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, it looked nothing like the pictures unfortunately. We spent $150 on the room for one night, and it's just not worth the price compared to competitors. If you're looking for something in that price range to stay for a night, book elsewhere."
