Enjoy the ‘welcome snacks’, ice cream and bottled water! Guest say our cozy 300 sq ft studio has a Happy Vibe! Park in driveway in front; guest suite is in back. PRIVATE CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN. Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

We give this stay a 10 plus. We had a great time staying here. It was a very clean, quiet and private place to stay. The hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. Such a wonderful couple.The studio is perfect for 2 people. Everything you need they have thought of. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The studio was comfy and clean - beds were very comfortable! Location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - very safe area. Kitchen had all the items we needed. Host provided some snacks and drinks (very thoughtful) and communicated very well. I will definitely stay there again!

The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return!

Pretty neighborhood

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood. Near downtown and Crystal Bridges museum. Definitely an area to explore especially if you enjoy biking!

Comfortable and friendly

We appreciated Mark and Wilma's friendly and thoughtful hospitality. The space and amenities were just as described. We stayed for one night while in town for a wedding, and it was an affordable option with everything we needed!

Quick but great!

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

Peaceful hide-away

Every big and little consideration was provided to this studio. I will be back when I return to Bentonville. A lush garden and comfy porch await after a quiet sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood.

Fayetteville Trip

Stayed here for Family weekend at Arkansas University. Excellent place to stay, quiet, clean and right off the highway. Mark went above and beyond with communication, snacks and local suggestions. All much appreciated!! Hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

Quick Trip to Bentonville

My husband and I made a quick trip to Bentonville for one night / day and had a great time. The host was wonderful and recommended several places to eat and preferences for outdoor lighting and other details. Quiet, convenient location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. I personally appreciated the teas available after a long day of riding. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Visiting Bentonville Area

Wilma and Mark are gracious hosts, concerned about your comfort. The property is minutes from downtown, the museums and I-49. The studio is stocked with all the amenities you need. It’s attached to the house (previously a mother-in-law’s space) but you have your own private entrance. We were totally comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

Osa's Haven

This is such a sweet little cozy place with plenty of privacy. If you like cooking your meals when traveling light meals can be prepared. The owner is onsite if you have questions or problems but we had no problems. Mark was very caring and considerate of our needs. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable, safe and right at home.

Perfect little stay!

Everything about our stay at Osa’s Haven was perfect! I wasn’t sure how the setup would be with it being attached to the house but it was your own private little space that was cozy and just right. Access was super easy and instructions for everything were super clear. The space was clean and had everything we could need. The bed way super comfy and cozy. There was a TV, an electric fireplace, games, snacks, and even some ice cream in the freezer for us! The room has the absolute perfect temperature, too. The home is settled in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the hosts were so friendly. My daughter isn’t easy to impress but she loved it and has already asked to come back! I highly recommend this place!

Bentonville, AR Stay

This is an easy access location in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and helpful. Take his recommendations on where to eat! The studio apartment we stayed in was so nice! It was just perfect for us. We never got to meet his wife but I’m sure she helped decorate it and it was very pretty. If we’re back in that area we will be sure to call there first for accommodations. Rex & Debby

Bentonville get away

Our hosts we GREAT! They are very attentive and so very willing to help. They water and snacks were welcomed. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very valuable. We enjoyed just visiting and getting to know them, too. They are really good people! They even shared some of the produce from their garden, so kind! The location is great and very close to things to do. I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Stay and Excellent Hosts

Place was perfect for my quick weekend to see my kids in Fayetteville. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. They wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. They had a great little basket of snacks that I dove into as I had the munchies of course. Thanks for the Reeses Cups!!! They even left me a free Queso and chips coupon for a local restaurant that came in handy. I will for sure be back!!!

Perfect getaway stay

We LOVED this cozy, studio apartment-it was perfect for our 3 night getaway to celebrate anniversary/birthday with the added touch of a card and Crumbl cookie to greet us. It was a perfect location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville without having to get on a busy Highway but yet access to 49 was so close. Mark & Wilma were a wealth of information and their recommendations were greatly appreciated. I think our favorite part was sitting outside on the deck each morning with our cup of coffee. We loved it when Mark would join us for a bit of conversation-you can tell he loves people and he would bend over backwards if we needed anything. I feel like we made new friends !! We will definitely be back
