"We arrived to the room late, after an event. The toilet was plugged (wouldn't flush) When we told the office staff,, he said it would have to wait until morning. Our room microwave did not work. The lampshade was broken. We paid a lot of money to stay in a room with broken amenities."

"Make sure you double check your rooms to make sure they don’t overbook. Strips there for 3 hours arguing over booking I had all 3 conformations and still had to argue over the rooms as 8 of my family members waited in the nasty lobby! NEVER AGAIN !! Their excuse was they overbooked !! Not my problem stop being GREEDY!! So upsetting"

"These people cancelled our stay 15 min before check in. We drove 5 hrs to get an email of cancellation. They did this to numerous customers that I see on google. Then I see they increased their charge to $1200 person. Very unprofessional! This hotel is a scam. Thanks to Expedia that they figured out a different hotel for us within an hour. "

"Welcome was okay. We checked in at 7:05 and we're told we had drink vouchers. I later asked about them and felt like the person was holding back an eye roll as she said, "ugh, it's closed." That should've been mentioned at check in. Felt uncomfortable. Tried the hot tub. Temp was great, nice area. Ants were a problem. Didn't stay long."

"We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape."

"We were in town for Sonic Temple. Hotels.com called me three times saying the property could no longer accommodate us and that they'd get another booked for us. I called the property directly, and they confirmed that our booking was still on record and that someone with another name had attempted to cancel it. It was difficult to receive/make calls at a 12-hour time of back-to-back rock concerts, so I was relieved that the hotel staff could quickly and easily confirm our stay. They held the room for us, and we were happy to come to a spacious and clean room after a full day of travel and concerts. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast options were great--especially the breakfast burritos. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was delicious, room was decently clean, there were some weird spots on the lampshade, and the jacuzzi tub had some unknown particles in it so I needed to clean that. Overall I would definitely stay here again. "
