My husband was a patient at Riverside Hospital while I stayed at TownPlace Suites. My favorite clothing store, Talbots, is across the street. There is Whole Foods, a bakery, Athleta, and other fine stores and restaurants. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Riverside. I feel very safe in this area of Columbus.

One of the best ever!!

The location is awesome, great restaurants , shopping including Whole Foods across the street. The hotel is perfect, very very clean, great public space, free breakfast was very good, the room was one of best designed rooms for a small suite I have every stayed at. I would say this deserves to be rated 4 stars and the only thing that holds it back is a restaurant/ bar but there are a dozen of those within a two minute walk!!!

Parking was difficult to navigate at times as parking lot was very full, one elevator was broken. Staff was friendly. We stayed two nights however they never cleaned anything in our room or gave new towels. The rooms were clean , overall I would stay again. Breakfast was decent and the areas were clean.
