Kastel’s house: a clever holiday on the Garda

Hi, I am a young host, passionate about travel and sports. I can give useful tips about mobility in the Garda area, as well as points of interest, restaurants and anything else. I play tennis at a competitive level and could, if necessary, also organise lessons at the Tennis Canottieri Garda in Salò. I run the facility together with my partner, a hairdresser, who can accommodate you in her salon in Manerba del Garda for a highly professional service. Residence located along the Gardesana state road that leads to the Gulf of Salò. It is well served by public transport, with which it is possible to reach comfortably along the lake of Salò, or in the Rive district, where the swimming pool park is located. Adjacent to the building there are bars, minimarket, bakery and tobacco shop.

The residential context is very sober, ideal for families or couples who love tranquility and greenery.

On the opposite side of the entrance it is possible to admire the hill of olive groves overlooking the Gulf of Salò and Lake Garda The main entrance car park near the Pit Stop bar is only available for short stops, while it is possible to reach the exclusive parking lot for the residence, by entering VIA PARGONE and turning right near the greenhouse. There is also access to the garage with a large exclusive parking space.

At about 160 meters from the building, going along the state road towards Salò, there is the bus stop, with which you can easily reach the market area, or the bus station in the center.
