was too cold for us to swim. It was very windy and cold the first 2 days but warmed up nicely. The host, Andrew Heller and his wife were kind and very helpful. Loved the fruit trees and sugar canes on the property. You would need a car to access nearby destinations. The roads a windy and slow moving. CR is known for it's crazy drivers! The small nearby town of Sarchi is not much , but if you have time to travel, the waterfalls/ reserve...

It felt a little insecure at the moment. Seens to me that a public area like that should be a little more supervised to prevent these activities. It almost felt like a private party at the
