Niria’s home was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The fenced backyard and patio was great to let the kids run around and to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The location was great for our weekend visiting family.

Weekend away

This was our second time staying here and just as before we had a wonderful experience. Nirias home was clean, well appointed and even had some books for the kids. The large fenced in backyard is also a plus so our kids were able to run around out back safely.

The home is conveniently located for the surrounding area including beaches

My wife and I felt like we were staying in a "home away from home" as opposed to a rental house. The home is comfortable and clean. The outdoor amenities were much appreciated. We travel to Long Island frequently and will most likely want to stay at this home again.

Charming home with every amenity a guest could want and more. There was no need to go to the store for extra paper products, cleaning supplies or trash bags: like I've seen in the past. Fresh drinking water and beach passes to use were much appreciated. Beds were so comfortable. Outdoor space with 3 different lounge/dining areas, smoker, grill, firepit...just amazing! Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Quaint home in a quite neighborhood

Property was clean and had all the necessities needed for your stay! It had a spacious yard, plenty of seating on the patio, a barbecue grill, gazebo tent, fire pit, trampoline, and a pool table in the basement. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The host replied two questions quickly. There's even access to a private beach within a short driving distance. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Very smart property. Bathroom is tight but beautiful. We laughed that our large spouses may have been uncomfortable on the toilet, good thing it was a ladies weekend. After a day of sightseeing the backyard was a great retreat to enjoy each others company. Thank you

I rented this house as a homebase to explore the North shore East End of Long Island. The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. I loved this place it has everything you need amazing that 2 rooms have televisions,there is a barbeque and beautiful backyard space. We sat in the evening and enjoyed the ambiance . There is access to the beach where we watched the sunset amazing pictures and anytime we needed the host Niria was available to us immediately. I loved the ability to access the Hamptons and Green Port it's tough traveling with a 91 year old and family and 2 dogs but this home made it possible. I am now a lifer as long as this space is available.

This property was well stocked with ALL essential, especially in the kitchen and bath. The yard was perfect for our small dog- completely fenced in. Huge bbq& multiple places to sit and entertain outside. Washer & dryer a plus, for sure. Host was very kind and responsive- would stay again.
