Overall it’s a good facility. Worth the $. Staff is professional and nice. Breakfast was a real breakfast. Clean. Outdoor seating and ok pool. Other amenities were good. Had minor and intermittent water leaking in room and they offered to transfer us to another room.

This hotel is not good. Room was dirty. Pool and pool area was poorly maintained. Some staff were not engaged (check in was good) when it came to needing help. We previously stayed in the Homewood Suite hotel next door and would recommend that location over this.

We have stayed at more expensive hotels and nearly not as clean as this location . I wish I recall the name of the young lady at front desk when I checked in…. Super sweet and welcoming .

On a road trip and stopped off at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options for being complimentary! Also, the staff were constantly cleaning the breakfast area when we were sitting down to ensure it was clean for the duration of the morning. Very pleasant respite for our drive from DC to Florida. Thank you team!!!!
