"I had requested housekeeping daily, and they never took the trash out or refreshed the room. I won’t recommend this hotel. The staff was rude, and they were always short of staff."

"A wonderful stay ! The staff was amazingly helpful. There was plenty to do with the kids more then we even expected ! The food options were great . The Landshark was a great option with the kids the staff was great ! The only downfall was there was no microwave in the room and the kids had to munch on their leftovers cold. But otherwise a great stay. "

"The lighthouse house is amazing house for a multi family get together as the bedrooms are spread out but there is spacious areas to gather & play games or watch TV in the comfortable theater room.It was cold & rainy several of the days we were there so pool wasn’t used but Hot tub was very nice. We did use the pontoon to hit some of the restaurants & bars on the lake, there are a lot!! That was a lot of fun! Visited Bridle cave & Ha Ha Tonka state park that was interesting, a some great hiking trails A lot of places were not opened yet but the family had a great time at the house. The house is very well equipped with cooking items. Like I said the house is truly amazing & you won’t be disappointed if renting it. Definitely a 5 star place! Also Anthony was very responsive in my many questions. Thank you for sharing this place!"

"The room was ok but I asked for accessible room with a Walk in shower as I'm handicapped and need easier access. I asked for a seat for the shower/tub combo as that was what I got the guy at the desk wasn't very polite and refused to accommodate us told my wife she would have to talk to the owner, also as I was checking in he a little rude when I asked him what he said because I could not understand him . Parking lot not the best condition."

"The room was really clean. It even smelled clean. Loved the location. I attended the Young Years Conference at Margaritaville. It only took 12 minutes drive time which was great!"
