'We can't wait to return to Four Winds'

PARKING SPOT 10 SECOND WALK AWAY, Four Winds is a two bedroom condo located directly on Tuna Wharf. If you love the sound of lapping water, you will fall in love with this special space. The first floor contains a galley kitchen with a gas stove. all essential cooking supplies are present. There is a slider off the kitchen that leads to a couple of adirondack chairs to soak in the view and sunshine.The first floor bedroom has its own sitting area, with a slider going out to the wharf. Adirondack chairs are waiting for you.There is a queen bed and an extremely comfortable down filled sectional in this bedroom. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the first floor. The second floor bedroom which has a queen bed also contains its own sitting area. There is also a Max Versailles soaking tub and a Roland intelligent digital piano. This space was renovated in 2012. There is a small deck with an outstanding view of Rockport harbor off the second floor bedroom. There are 10 windows on three sides to insure an ocean breeze at all times. I am unable to rent to anyone with young children due to the drowning danger. Thank you!

Charming condo on Bearskin Neck wharf

We loved this place! My girlfriend and I spent four delightful days at this condo soaking up the picturesque views of Rockport harbor and the surrounding town from every window. Located in the heart of Bearskin Neck, there are tons of restaurants, shops and art galleries in every direction only footsteps from the front door. Mary Kay was an excellent host and very communicative about how to get there and where to park. The condo was clean and spacious, had comfortable beds, WiFi, A/C and a coffeemaker, toaster and refrigerator in the kitchen to enjoy our breakfasts. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Perfect Destination

We spent a long weekend at Four Winds. It was ideal! The location is so convenient. The view is beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay and Mary Kay was so accommodating. We will definitely return to Four Winds.

Lovely Coastal Holiday

Mary Kay and Four winds are wonderful! The weekend we spent at the property were incredible. I used to summer with family in Rockport, MA and didn’t even know it was possible to stay on Bear Skin Neck. Overall incredible place to stay with incredible communication and charm.

Best place to stay in Rockport!

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The place was immaculate and well supplied. And you couldn't get closer to the port than this. MaryKay was awesome and so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the Four Winds.

Prime location for Rockport sites

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to area attractions. The property is a prime location for artists interested in painting the wharf views and the iconic Motif #1 and visiting the galleries in town. As an artist myself I highly recommend it.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at while in Rockport.... we were in constant contact with Mary the owner. The room itself was just fantastic and the views were even better. We parked our car and left it there for 4 straight days ...

Terrific stay, exceeded all of our expectations.

Four Winds was amazing, and Mary Kay was an outstanding host. You cannot beat the location, and we enjoyed every aspect of staying here. My wife had a reguvinating soak in the giant tub, as I relaxed on the sofa soaking in the fantastic view of the harbor. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Mary Kay thank you for creating such a wonderful way for us to enjoy Rockport.

Better than the photos

Marykay’s place has everything you need and more. It was fully stocked, clean and larger than expected. The Adirondack chairs outside out back on the water were perfect place to start, and then the day. We will be back!!!

Perfect location

Great property in the middle of everything

We have been traveling to Rockport MA for decades, we typically stay on the other side of town and walk over to Bearskin Neck. This year we decided to make a change, it was amazing staying in this area. MK was great, and the rooms were much larger than we expected. We hope to return in the future!

Rockport

Lifetime Movie on the East Coast

Four Winds is smack dab in the middle of enchantment. It is very very well appointed and spacious, adorned with MaryK’s personal touches in her artworks. Any question I had was responded to almost immediately. O highly recommend.

A little piece of heaven

This was my 3rd time back, and the first for my husband. The upstairs with the bank of windows over looking the habor is absoluely beautiful. It is definitely my home away from home. We left feeling rested, but sorry to leave. MayKay is wonderful as there was not a thing that she dosen't do ....right down to fresh flowers in the vases! When I am able to get away I can't think of another place I'd rather be! I'll be returning for many years to come!

Four Winds....Beautiful!

Four Winds in Rockport, MA was one of the best dicoveries! The views, accomodations, and location are perfect! The upstairs views could be a postcard for the area and it is set up as if it were your personal spa. There is nothing you need to bring except a change of clothes. It is also located over one of my favorite shops along cove....a lovely pottery shop where everything is handmade by the owner! Mary Kay has done everything to make this place a real gem, All you have to do is park your car once and the condo is just a few steps away. I look forward to many happy returns!!

Great location, amazing host

We simply loved the first floor bedroom! You have such a great view and the bed was super comfy! We even tried the bathtube up there. The only thing that was a pity is the small bathroom downstairs but I guess that is due to construction/stability reasons. It was super clean though! We found some staples in the fridge that were very welcomed the first evening! Thank you, MK, for providing us such a nice experience in your home and the immediate help you offered!

What a View!!

I was brought here by my sisters and my BFF for my birthday for a long weekend to relax. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door how clean and bright it was. With that gorgeous view of the harbor and our favorite Motif #1. You can't get closer to New England charm than this. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments and things for breakfast and some snacks. Mary Kay was a charm to talk to and rent from ...so accommodating. The convenience of being in the center of the town was great and the easy parking space which is a premium in Rockport. Beds very comfy too. I will definitely be returning. Loved it!
