From your vacation home here in the beautiful South End you are only minutes from 3 lovely beaches, 10 minutes from the downtown area with its shops, galleries, and restaurants, and also the commuter rail station should you choose to go to Boston for the day. Nice clean space with a view of ocean in the distance. Separate from main home with private entrance to large studio. Beautiful walking/running space with ocean breeze and public footpath to rocky outcrop. Just outside the hustle and bustle of scenic Rockport. We will be back!

No hassle. Great for couple looking to stay in area. Only lacks an outside deck, but close walking distance to rocks with scenic ocean view. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good. TV works. Entrance, parking, and access is easy.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Very well kept, private, quiet, and quaint little studio apt. with views of the ocean and twin lighthouses. There ar3 s9me awesom3 views within walking distance as welll.Just a few minutes drive to downtown Rockport and Bearskin Neck. Highl6 recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio apartment! The space had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean – truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Check-in was seamless thanks to the hosts, who were kind, welcoming, and extremely respectful of our privacy.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short drive away is the charming Rockport center, Bearskin Neck, filled with shops, restaurants, and coastal beauty. Even closer, right from the property, there’s a scenic footpath with majestic views of the New England shoreline, complete with two iconic lighthouses.The apartment itself was the perfect size for a couple or two friends, thoughtfully arranged and incredibly comfortable. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations and very grateful for the hosts’ courtesy and attention to detail. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Rockport!

A perfect overnight stay

We were looking for a spot to stay overnight in the area and MaryJane's place was perfect - very clean and roomy, with plenty of space for three of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. MaryJane was very responsive and accommodating - we would definitely stay here again!

Rock port getaway!

Although it was a short visit to rock port I couldn't be more happy with my stay at this location it was very clean , cozy and somewhat private.. in addition the surrounding neighborhood was nice as well.. I would recommend staying there and I will look forward to booking another stay in the future. It was just a wonderful time!

The host left detailed instructions including directions to access a path toward rocks overlooking the sea. The lodging is comfortable and cozy—with kitchenette and wifi access. Convenient to downtown Rockport and Gloucester

Roomy apartment with fantastic views

We had a great time. It was clean and big and we cooked and slept great. Just around the corner great ocean path to the stones. Easy checkin and very private location above the garage.

Light and airy

2 large windows look out over the roof tops at Cape Ann light, short walk to the shore for views of the Twin Lights. Easy car access to Gloucester, Rockport, Halibut Point State Park. Very quiet and the hosts are very thoughtful.

Beautiful and quiet area with gorgeous view from the window! Walking distance from the shore and the little beach. Easy to find a perfect spot to catch the sunrise or a moonrise over the ocean. Comfortable stay. Great host !

Perfect space

Didn’t really know what to expect from this space but it was perfect. There was lots of room, had all of the amenities that you would need, and the view was great. Also appreciated the suggestion to walk around the bend and go out on the rocks - it was enjoyably relaxing. I wish we had more time to spend in the area.

Quick overnight visit

We visited our daughter at college and needed a place to stay for one night. It was a perfect spot. We got in a little late so we basically got there and went straight to bed, but had a great morning walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Great location and the property was as advertised. Thanks!!!
