This is a lovely space! It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. It is on the same property as the owner’s house but in a completely separate building. Best of all, you have a beautiful view of the ocean outside the large windows! And the owner told us about a public path, literally 3 minutes walk away, that leads to a beautiful rocky spot above the crashing waves! What a treat!! Also, the historic fishing village of Rockport, just 5 minutes drive away, is adorable with fun little boutiques and several good restaurants (and ice-cream shops!) all right on the harbor. A truly wonderful get-away!!

Gorgeous space in an ideal location! Everything was clean and the space was perfect for my husband, two kids and me. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our two day stay in Rockport. We appreciated the recommendations and the extras for the beach, like the chairs and cooler! Communication was great and check in and out were very easy.

Fantastic! Better than we expected. Comfy, clean and cozy. We were three women meeting from three different states to go to a concert at the shalin liu theater. The place was beautiful, birds chirping each morning, the walk down to the ocean, the pleasant, easy place to set our heads down each evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was accessible and ready.

A perfect overnight stay

We were looking for a spot to stay overnight in the area and MaryJane's place was perfect - very clean and roomy, with plenty of space for three of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. MaryJane was very responsive and accommodating - we would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean space with a view of ocean in the distance. Separate from main home with private entrance to large studio. Beautiful walking/running space with ocean breeze and public footpath to rocky outcrop. Just outside the hustle and bustle of scenic Rockport. We will be back!

Rock port getaway!

Although it was a short visit to rock port I couldn't be more happy with my stay at this location it was very clean , cozy and somewhat private.. in addition the surrounding neighborhood was nice as well.. I would recommend staying there and I will look forward to booking another stay in the future. It was just a wonderful time!

Roomy apartment with fantastic views

We had a great time. It was clean and big and we cooked and slept great. Just around the corner great ocean path to the stones. Easy checkin and very private location above the garage.

Best location!

Beautiful and quiet area with gorgeous view from the window! Walking distance from the shore and the little beach. Easy to find a perfect spot to catch the sunrise or a moonrise over the ocean. Comfortable stay. Great host !
