"We did not eat in dining room this visit but it is a good bkft and plenty to choose from. The parking lot is safe and well lit up. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great spot to stay. Easy access to route one and I-95"

"We (me and my 19 yo daughter) had rented a room with a queen bed and a pullout couch as they did not have a room with two beds available. This was she would have the pullout to sleep on. We checked in and went to dinner and got back to the hotel around 10. When we went to make up the couch, there were no linens in the room for it. Called the front desk and they did bring up a fitted sheet and 2 top sheets. A little later on, they were able to find a blanket and brought it up to the room. Room was sufficient. Bathroom is aging. No continental breakfast but a small buffet for $10 pp each morning."

"Such a beautiful and well-kept spot. The cove in Rockport is exceptionally clean, with clear water and a really peaceful atmosphere. One of the best parts is how easy it is to walk right over to the nearby restaurants and shops, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to relax, take in the view, and then explore the town a bit. "

"Bed was quite comfortable. It was quiet too. Breakfast was good. The bar had a good selection of menu choices. Staff were friendly and professional. Big shout out to Sophie at the front desk! She deserves a raise!"
