Lovely 1.5 bedroom in the great historic town

You are welcome to the cozy first floor apartment of two families house with 1 bedroom and an additional room that can be used as a kids bedroom or office. Large living room outfitted with a large 60” flat screen and relaxing electric fireplace, dining table. Small kitchen and single bathroom.The apartment is the traditional New England style that it doesn’t have light switches. There are the floor lamps in living room, bedrooms and a light switch in kitchen.

You share the hallway and laundry room with a very friendly tenant at second floor and her friendly dog.

We loved our stay at this cozy little house! It was spotless, comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming feel. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and it was the perfect spot to relax. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and the host made everything easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The property was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Location was good too, close to the downtown area and also pretty for taking walks. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and would recommend.

The place is cute and cozy. Also, not far from a beautiful view of the water. It is located in the nicest, quietest neighborhood. Host was very responsive and sweet. Its a 0.9 mile walk to the middle of everything and a block or so away from The Hocus Pocus House.

This little apartment was perfect for my visit to Salem. It's clean and just roomy enough. With a full kitchen and comfy beds it feels like home. It has its own parking area, too, which is a big bonus. It's within driving or walking distance to all the attractions but just far enough away to provide a quiet place at the and of the day. Check in and check out were simple. The owner responds to messages in a timely manner and was a big help when I hit a snag while trying to connect to the wifi. Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely book another stay.

Wonderful stay

Anything and everything that we needed was there. Felt clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time in the Boston area and we hope to stay in the same place next time we visit the area. Weather was cold and rainy, and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Tina was wonderful to deal with and responded very quickly to every question. She was so thoughtful and wanted to make sure our stay was a good one. Linda (the neighbor) was delightful to talk with and I so enjoyed her lovely flowers. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything promised was delivered. Easy check in and out. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for a comfortable and fun trip to Salem.
