The stay was very comfortable. The TV did not work but staff arrived quickly to attend to the issue. They could not fix. But only one night stay

You don’t expect the Taj Mahal but rooms need updating although rooms are very clean. I would suggest that it would be okay for overnight only not staying for a time. It’s right on main highway and gets quite noisy especially trucks driving through. Would have been nice before booking to be told that service is not provided on weekends as well as no breakfast.

Can’t book again next year and since it’s a popular time in Rocky we have had to book elsewhere. Not happy about that as we have stayed here for 3 years now. You have lost at least our business plus 8 others I spoke to.

We have stayed in this motel a number of times and this visit will be our last. By comparison, it is more expensive than alternatives. We chose the Stirling because of its location close to town and access to the highway, always appreciating its restaurant. The Restaurant is closed! The breakfast offering was very limited. The TV in our room badly needs replacing. Liquid soaps are in the shower and the hand basin, The shower was empty, the basin left streaks over the bench as it leaked. The basin itself is chipped and damaged, grout missing in the shower. Makings for tea and coffee, wine and water glasses but no plates, bowls or cutlery. Generally not what we were used to at this motel and not worth the extra money. Hopefully the new managers can turn it around and return it to its past glory.

We booked this hotel as the reviews on the cleanliness was excellent. This did not disappoint. Very clean and big shower and bathroom. Clean kitchenette with microwave. Bedding clean. The slight letdown, The tv was not able to use as smart tv although it was on the screen. The air con was old and sounded like a jet tacking off and rumbled all night. We had our door open at 7am by someone, unsure who but it was locked so only someone with a key! It scared us and my partner jumped up and yelled out as my son was crying from This. A table and chair outside upstairs would be lovely also to see the view. Few improvements.
