"The room was mostly clean but the bed had some stains on it. There was paper on the floor...made me feel that they didnt really clean. Staff was pleasant though."

"Valet parking was easy. Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel bar was excellent. Overall stay was amazing and other restaurants were easily a walkable distance. "

"Staff seemed to be very nice and although they did not seem to know how their own parking service worked, they did try to help. No loud noises and slept like a baby. The beds comfortness seemed ot be right where i like it, nit so much for the other guest. Pillows definetly could use an upgrade. WOUldnt hrut for a thicker bed cover as well. All in all, it was perfect for the one night stay we needed it for. No issues or complaints from me!"

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at Best Way. I was unlucky in hitting the motel this time at a time when they were either understaffed or poorly staffed. I tried two rooms: the first one had not had its bathroom cleaned. The second one had a clean sink and toilet, but hair and soap in the tub. I found small signs all over that this room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Furniture can be used and slightly worn, amenities, like electrical outlets, can be minimal, but lodging must be clean. I’m sharing my experience because I think this little motel has potential to be a great place, but not if they don’t take maintenance in between customers seriously."

"Loved the nearby Italian restaurant where I had a lovely salad. Staff was pleasant. Water in the shower was dripping and it was dingy and looked dirty although it may have been cleaned. The linens seemed clean, probably the only redeeming quality. People were talking loudly in the hallways after midnight and I was near the ice machine which was noisy as well.. "
