Quiet weekend away
We enjoyed the beautiful cabin and the location. Everything was as advertised. More than enough room for our group of 4 adults (including a wheelchair). Because we had one person who could not manage steps, a TV on the main level was an amenity that was missed. We made due with a portable DVD Player and DVDs brought from home (we bring it on all vacations “just in case”).

Great Escape From Reality
Very clean, easy check-in, great communication, amazing location. Mattress was very comfortable memory foam. Hot tub was the right temperature with an unbeatable view of the great outdoors.

Very private and quiet
Easy to get to and super quiet. Lots of great out door space. Easy drive to good hiking. The cabin is beautifully done inside with a great look and warm feel. Outdoor fire pit and rocking chairs on the large back deck made it for me. Hot tub was relaxing and big enough for four comfortably. No indoor fireplace is the only disappointment for our December stay.

Amazing secluded relaxing stay
Our group enjoyed every minute of our stay at our “cabin in the woods” It was a super relaxing time and we felt like we could’ve spent our whole time at the cabin. We booked this place to go to hocking hills but we a little disappointed we didn’t budget more time to stay and hang out at the cabin! The place accommodated everyone and loved there was a bathroom on every floor!!

Hocking Hills gem
Came to the area from Pennsylvania for a long weekend. Our son, working in Ohio met us. My sister who lives in Kentucky met us. And our dog got to come along. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom which made our stay more comfortable. Cabin in a good location. Private. Plenty of activities, we enjoy the amazing hiking the most.

Gorgeous cabin
It’s a perfect getaway cabin. Very clean and well maintained. The back porch gives you the feeling that you’re nestled amongst the trees. How the rooms are situated gave each person in our group their own private space. It’s a lovely cabin and I will book it again in the future.

Cute cozy cobin
It was a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and i and are two dogs. Tons of trails no more than 20 or so minutes away. And the logan marina was only 12 minutes away for pontoon boating. It was nice to be able to come back after a long busy day to a cozy little cabin. I definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to come up here. Just remember if you want to use a grill either bring your own propane tank or buy through buffalo cabins. I forgot to sonwe had to spend 60 on a new tank but we did leave it behind for other guests to use since we only used it twice

Wonderful Weekend!

Nice getaway. Nice place.
The place is as described. It would be nice if there were a second tv in the family area instead of only one in the basement. The mattresses could use some updating. The hot tub is extremely chlorinated. The property sits in a very nice, relaxing area. It is secluded and quiet. It’s quite an enjoyable place. I will go back.

Great Stay, will return!
This cabin was the perfect getaway for our family of 5 plus our dog! We all had the best time. Very clean and organized check in process. The property is beautiful!! If we had to make one complaint, it would be the WIFI was having trouble connecting most of the time, which was difficult in the evenings when kids wanted to wind down with a movie. We cannot wait to rebook in the near future! Thank you!

Great Quiet Cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. It feels pretty off the grid but still 15 mins from Kroger and 20ish from hocking hills. We loved it. The cabin is so clean. Not even a cobweb or dust on the outdoor porches. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed exploring. Make sure you get a starter log or lighter fluid for the fire pit. We would definitely go back.

Lovely cabin
Buck Ridge was lovely, exceptionally clean. Some downfalls - the mattresses were lumpy and old, no propane for the grill, and bath towels were not favorable (thin, frayed, worn). If you looked beyond that it was a nice place to retreat to after hiking and touring. Highly recommend Pizza Crossing! The pizza is delicious and was a great alternative to grilling since we had no propane. Will definitely be back to the area!!

Peaceful, secluded getaway for our family vacation!
This beautiful cabin was perfect for our family trip. The lower level in particular was the ideal setup for my cousin, his wife, and their toddler - plenty of space to set up his Pack & Play for naptime away from the rest of the noise of the cabin! The deck was great for reading in the mornings while I enjoyed my coffee and listened to the birds. Overall very comfortable furnishings and perfect amenities to make the cabin a peaceful little haven to return to after a day of exploring the beautiful trails in Hocking Hills. Note for tall folks who go downstairs - there is a low ceiling right above the steps to come upstairs! My 6-foot brother clobbered his head pretty good because he didn't see it, so duck when you head up the steps. I'm 5'4" and don't notice these things, haha Also, there are only about 6-7 forks and something like two dozen spoons, so if you have a large group coming, might not hurt to bring some extra forks.

Great place to stay
We were a group of 6 adults and 2 babies - the downstairs area was perfect for our family with the two babies! Lots of room for cribs and crawling around on carpet. Kitchen and living room were open and spacious. Loft area was open and spacious as well. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Close to all of the hikes. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house. Pictures are just like the property. Clean and spacious. Few minor hiccups. Dryer didn’t work. Hot tub is older and display is hard to see at night. It wasn’t full, didn’t get past 93 degrees and multiple jets weren’t working. I notified the property manager who offered to send someone out but no one came. I called the 800 number and I was referred to another number which is frustrating. It was disappointing after hiking all day to have no dryer and half working hot tub. Again the house was beautiful just disappointed with the hot tub and lack of communication with property manager.

Two Night Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Buck Ridge - check in was super easy, it was nice and clean, everything in place. The hot tub worked great and it was nice to enjoy after hanging out in the colder temps. I love that we could bring our pup on the trip, too.

We stayed in enchanted forest due to power outage at original cabin because of ice storm. The quality of this cabin is great. Everything we wanted was at fingers reach. Great communication and the place was spotless. Highly recommend this place !

Cabin was as described and we would definitely go back! Couch on the first level was not supportive and uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a TV on the first floor. Electric fireplace did not work. Lighting on main floor could be improved. Management staff was friendly and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Very Enjoyable Stay!
We were very happy with this property. Had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The Good: Everything you would need for a stay. Cabin was very clean and very private. Plenty of parking. Views were beautiful. The little bit not good: Didn't have any camp chairs for around the fire. There is a little wood bench though. We did bring our own which was fine. The sofa was in need of replacing as well. The table only seats 4. We brought a card table and a few folding chairs so we could all sit together. There was plenty of room for this! Don't hesitate if you want to rent this cabin! You won't regret it!

Amazing stay!!
This cabin was beautiful inside and outside with everything you need inside. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. I brought my dog and he loved it as well. At the cabin you can’t see anyone around you which is always nice. We had a little trouble with the WiFi, but who needs that when you are there to relax and have fun! Definitely recommend staying in this beautiful place!!

Weekend Getaway
We had a great stay and the entire process was very fluid and easy from renting to accessing/‘checking in’ including our stay. We didn’t experience any issues or have any concerns. We just had a fun getaway and the kids really enjoyed the experience. The property is relatively close to the Hocking Hills attractions and we spent quality time in Conkle’s Hollow and @ Old Mans Cave. We would rent this property again for our next weekend getaway in Hocking Hills!

Family Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin which was suited perfectly for our 2 sons (7 & 12), my parents, and my husband and I. Everything worked great and appliances seemed new, stocked kitchen, and everything was very clean. Great location rt off 33 and within 25 min of all the hiking trails. We would definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

Relaxation in the Hills
Overall we had a wonderful time in our cabin! Sitting in the hot tub watching it snow was awesome! The fireplace in the cabin is electric and did not work. We were fine without it but a working fireplace in that setting would add to the ambiance. The frying pans in the unit need to be replaced. They are pretty rough. Also there were no pans whatsoever that could be used in the oven (no cookie sheet, no pizza pan, no cake pan) so take your own if needed. That being said, the response by management was outstanding. They did offer to send maintenance to work on fireplace and also to bring us cookie sheets. We declined as we made do without. I would also suggest adding a throw rug inside door. As stated above, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I took a week long getaway after another vacation just to relax. This was a perfect setting to do just that. My friend and my dogs kept me company for the week, never having been to Hocking hills. We visited a couple of caves and caught up on reading and enjoyed the hot tub. My dogs enjoyed the solitude and hikes as well.

Perfect!
This was an amazing property for a little getaway with my family! It was perfect for my husband and I, our two children ( 8 and 12 ) and we also brought the dog! There was plenty more room to spare! We never even used the upstairs loft. They were fully stocked with towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap if needed ( we brought our own), garbage bags, paper towels and pretty much anything you’d need in the kitchen as far as utensils and appliances. Make sure you bring coffee, salt, pepper etc. The lower level was where we hung out most of the time with the TV and hot tub area being downstairs. The only thing I would say is maybe add one more TV on the main level with the living room and kitchen.

Thankgiving Family Reunion
The property met all of our expectations. Spacious kitchen, living room and entertainment room. The jacuzzi was a welcome relief after hiking in Hocking Hills nearby. We will certainly consider renting again. Perhaps next fall when the leaves change.
