Just what we needed
Our friends were camping for the weekend, I live in chronic pain and cannot camp. This was perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable. Place was very clean.

Short Coastal Getaway
Everything was as stated in the description. The cleaners were very kind, and offered more towels during our stay. It was easy to check in and check out. The place was clean when we walked in. Had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfy according to my husband. I read that the bed was small, but my husband (6’5”) and I (5’2”) slept comfortably. Having a small fan helped with circulating the ocean breeze at night. It was also nice to have a convenient store across the way and the beach access just around the corner.

Nice little affordable spot for a night.
Room is as described. Super easy check in, just grab the key out of the lock on the door. Price was great for just a night. We love Rockaway, this place is just a short walk to the beach. Bed was a little smaller than expecting, I think a full? But like I said, we just stayed for a night so it worked. They give you a cute little goodie bag with some snacks and information and some towel art (I love this little touch, thought it was sweet. Checkout was east, we cleaned up after ourself as far as dishes and tossed the trash in the bin outside on the way out. Would recommend this for short stays at the beach!

PERFECT beach condo!
This condo is in what appeared to be a super safe and affluent beachfront neighborhood. Parking was a breeze and is right in front of the condo. It seemed that every unit in this building was occupied, yet it felt super private and I rarely saw any of the other guests. It was also super quiet. The condo is adorable and crystal clean. It is not huge by any stretch, but perfect for a couple or single person. The minute I walked in, I felt it was extremely clean, and I could immediately sense how seriously the owners/managers take keeping their guests happy. They clearly have a deep sense of pride in their properties. It is cutely decorated, and has a perfect little kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, dishes/silverware, etc. The bed was super comfy and the linens were quite nice. And, it didn’t have the usual kind of feel you get when staying at a hotel. Meaning, I felt like I was staying in a friend’s very nice guest bedroom. (I get grossed out easily at hotels, and I was SO pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in this condo). It’s one of those places that you feel comfortable walking around in your bare feet, etc. If you know, you know. The condo is not right on the beach, but honestly, it might as well be. You’re SO close to the beach and surf. You literally walk out the door, walk barely a block, and you’re on the sand. The beach is lovely and it felt somewhat private, (although bear in mind, I visited in April, so obviously not at the height of tourist season). I went down to the beach at sunset and I was one of just a few people down there. Even the next day, (when it was fairly sunny) and there were certainly more people on the beach, it still didn’t feel overcrowded, and I could easily walk my dog off-leash without coming close to anyone else. The town of Rockaway is also very cute. I wish my stay was longer so that I could have gone into all the charming shops, as well as eaten at the many recommended restaurants and food trucks, etc. As far as dealing with the owners/managers; I had to reach out multiple times due to the possibility of me needing to cancel my trip, and/or require a late checkout, etc. The owner/manager, answered each of my call/texts promptly, and was extremely friendly and hospitable. I will absolutely stay here again and I’m already looking forward to coming back to this adorable town, and staying in this quaint condo. Thanks again to the owners for a great stay.
