"I didn't have a good experience at this hotel.
While check-in went well, the next morning I noticed a front desk clerk glaring at me as I entered and exited the hotel with my dog. There was no greeting even as our eyes met and after I acknowledged him with a nod.
Later in the day, as my family and I were entering the hotel with our dog, a different front desk clerk approaches to ask if I signed the pet policy form. I stated yes and that I checked in the previous day. She then proceeded to ask for my room number, as she
"hadn't seen me and my pet before." This exchange was uncomfortable, as other guests were close by, and insulting. I travel frequently with my dog and I've never experienced anything like this before. My dog was not barking or causing a disturbance at that time or previous day. We were simply entering and exiting the hotel. The level of aggression and unprofessionalism I experienced at this hotel very disappointing."
"Breakfast was very good, rooms were very clean. Pool was nice. Hot tub is down and has mold around it and water is nasty. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Room was gross a/c heat unit didn’t work the place smelled of marijuana. Loud ppl all around parking lot was filled with cars that looked like ppl were living in them. Breakfast was ok-ish we didn’t stay for it. Floors were sticky- place was over all sketchy"
"Heater didn’t work. They gave us a little space heater. They moved all our stuff to work on the heater while we were working a 12hr shift. When I said something he asked me to leave. So I left. "
"I will start by saying the front desk staff were very kind.
The room that we stayed in was nice. It was big and clean. The bed was clean but the mattress was very firm. We were on the second floor and there was a horrible smell (rotten fish???) that you could tell they were trying to hide/cover up with air freshener. That is a terrible mix! Down another hallway on the same floor was a very strong pet urine smell like it was set in the carpet. Yes they allow dogs.
It was disappointing that there was not breakfast provided but that is my fault for not checking that before booking.
There also not an area to gather to hang out with others if you’re looking to do that. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we enjoy hanging out with the team families during down time. "
