We permit events on a pre-approved basis with a $1,000 damage Deposit.
Unauthorized events will be canceled and charged a $1,000 penalty + additional guest fees for all unregistered guests starting at $25 per unregistered
guests. Pets are allowed at this property however, they must be included in your guest count and pet fee of $75 must be paid in advance.
