2 Bedroom apartment located in a 80 year old home in the heart of downtown Rochester. Modern comfort within walking distance to Mayo Clinic Campus, restaurants, shopping and more. Located on the main floor. There are 3 stairs to get from the front door to the apartment door.
Fully furnished with all kitchen items, bedding, towels. Price includes everything including WIFI, parking, and laundry which is shared and located in the basement (you provide your own detergent) Large screen ROKU smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. .

Mayo Clinic Campus is an easy 10-20 minute walk depending on which building you need to go to. Grocery shopping, Restaurants, Walgreens, salons, Brewery's and more are within 2-3 blocks.

A pretty park and river is also within 2 blocks.
During the summer months, you can relax in the evenings in the backyard and enjoy our beautiful Minnesota summer nights.

I would do it again.

Great place

The property was a great place to stay for our 3 week visit to Mayo clinic. Comfortable, great location, easy walk to both campuses, close to several eateries and a couple of breweries.

Recovery retreat

Property was everything we needed with a great location close to walking path along Cascade Creek, groceries and Walgreens. I was recovering from ankle surgery at Mayo and was able to navigate the property really well for everything I needed. Joanne was very and helpful

Perfect Home Away from Home

This cozy home was perfect for my 2 week stay in Rochester. Mayo, groceries and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the host was excellent. I slept like a baby while there in the quiet neighborhood and for sure I’ll be back.

Wonderful stay

Great Stay in Rochester

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay during our trip to Rochester and the Mayo Clinic. The location put us within a short drive to Mayo and having a close grocery store, restaurants, and Walgreens, was a plus. Joanne is a great host and responded to our questions quickly. One mile from the Mayo Hospital

If you or a loved one visiting Mayo Hospital, this house is the perfect location for you. It also offers shopping. There’s a Walgreens on the corner a grocery store across the way you have everything right at your fingertips and you don’t even have to move your car. You can walk everywhere. Also, the host Joanne was exceptionally helpful

Wonder Place

The house and location were great. Close to the highway and just about anything we needed. We were met at the house and given a tour when we arrived. We will try to stay here again. Again, we loved the place.

Welcoming home

This was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient location for appointments at Mayo and also going to visit my husband while he was in the hospital. I felt it was safe, clean and felt very welcoming. Joanne was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again

Home away from home

We stayed for 3 weeks and a few days. It was 5 minutes to St Mary’s at the Mayo Clinic. We made all of our meals and the times we had a question Joanne responded right away. I had a power wheelchair and we were able to charge it outside. So that worked for us. If we ever come again to Rochester Minnesota we would definitely look into staying here.

Worked well for us

We came for Mayo appointments and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place worked very well for us. It was a short easy drive to Mayo. Hyvee and Walgreens were very close by. We will be staying there again when we come back to Mayo.

Short term stay in Rochester

We rented this apartment because it had 2 large recliners, high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and minimum steps to get in and out of the apartment. The apartment fit our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and we were very comfortable for the 2 1/2 weeks of our stay. Thanks JoAnne for renting to us. Wish we could’ve rented it again for our next visit.

Great Host

The location was great, the area was quiet, and the home was quaint. The host was wonderful and was available if we needed anything. I do think some spring cleaning is needed. It was very dusty and have several cobwebs.

Perfect for Mayo clinic appointments

I had a very good stay at this apartment. It was so very close to both Mayo clinic campuses. It really made things easy to navigate the many appointments that I had. We unfortunately we're not able to take advantage of the bike trails that were so very close other than a quick walk, but they seem very nice and well taken care of. The backyard was a joy. Nice to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. Thank you for Joanne for letting us stay.

Clean, comfortable and all amenities! Great location!

This two bedroom was cozy, but roomy enough and very comfortable. It's in an older home and has beautiful architecture. The space was CLEAN and very well appointed—everything you could want. I was there for two weeks for a trip to MAYO and could not have asked for better. It was a 4 minute drive to Mayo Main, 2 minutes to St. Marys and very close to restaurants, breweries, grocery store, etc. This place rocks! I will be staying here again for my surgery. Joanne was terrific and a great communicator. FIVE STAR!!!

Cozy home away from home

This was a very nice property to stay for our 9-day trip. The beds are very comfortable, there is a full kitchen, and the living room furniture is comfortable as well. Well. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and in the living room as well. Private access and very quiet neighborhood. Is property is extremely close to all of the mail clinic, hospitals and medical facilities. A gracious host, you won't go wrong staying at this property. Thank you for everything.
