Manager cancelled my booking due to short staff supposedly. They said they called me but no voice message are anything left to let me know. I show up to be told my room was cancelled, they offered me another room at a higher price, I accepted the room under protest as they were not though they cancelled my room. I get to the room the work at all and it’s hot in the room. The ac did not work. Absolute garbage experience

I called to confirm my room and inform them of a late arrival. Our room was sold and they had no availability. Very unfortunate situation to have my family in after a 6 hour drive. I would give it a 1 star, but I get it. It’s a business. They room was rented to someone staying for a month. The young lady at the front desk was apologetic, but some assistance finding a room would have made the experience a little better.

Many of the negative reviews I read were unfair. This is an extended stay accommodation not a luxury hotel. It served my needs well.

For a smoke free facility, the whole place smelled of cigarettes, our room and hallways. Carpet was dirty and severely worn. Toilet, look like someone just flushed after leaving a deuce. Looked like pubic hair in and on the side of the tub. The outside was dirty. Our first impressions of the place were " well, let's just get into the room and make our decision " It was a no brainer! Although there were no other hotels available in the area due to the solar eclipse, we found one 3 hours away.

The front desk was absolutely amazing. Only stayed one night, bed was super comfy but didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen since they never brought up our kitchen package. Just ended up ordering take out and still had a great night. Wish breakfast had a few more options but it got the job done for what I needed. The staff was so polite and make sure that the coffee was nice and hot and refilled when needed. I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel for the eclipse. The staf was helpful at check-in, ensuring the rooms were close to eachother. The rooms were clean. This property need an update.I booked the property because I needed a kitchenette. However kitchen utensils are only available on request. I requested them and was told they did not have... bought some at the nearby 7. eleven.

When we got there to check in they said that they had no rooms available it was our wedding night I’m beyond and didn’t get my money back ! 😡😤 The girl at the desk was not professional at all and was rude attitude entire time ! I would never recommend staying here !

Arrived around 8:45pm, Check in personnel was nice but the system was in the process of being rebooted and we were told a possibly 45 minute wait to check in. Had to leave after a four hour drive and wait until it was rebooted. This hotel should consider having a paper backup system for checking in.

Didn't get room I booked. My 15 year old had to sleep in a separate room. My room was in a state of disrepair. Very noisy - walls/ceiling paper thin. Continental breakfast was more of a light snack... no juices.

Front desk staff very nice, had no issues with that. The hotel itself has very dark hallways, rooms were decently clean, not great, but I guess you get what you pay for. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Good to spend one night, wouldn’t want to stay there for an extended stay.
