The space
Our home offers central air and heat and because your health, safety and comfort are our highest priority, Comfortare Cottage is furnished with a media HVAC filter featuring an Aprilaire MERV-16 allergy, asthma, & virus whole-home purifier to capture virus-sized airborne particles and 99% of airborne allergy & asthma triggers. Aldo installed is an OdorStop ultra-violet 144 watt air purifier system to kill odors, mold, & bacteria in the HVAC system, and lastly a whole-home humidifier to keep the home comfortable all year long.

Other things to note
There is parking for one vehicle in the garage which comes in pretty handy during MN winters and lots of off-street parking as well!
