Located in the Kutzky Park neighborhood you are in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, parks, and shopping. This home provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Take advantage of walking the trails or relax inside and watch the wildlife along the Cascade Creek.

This home is a side by side Duplex. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, full length mirror, and closet with hangers. The kitchen is furnished for all your cooking and baking needs. Wifi access, smart TV, coffee maker, dishwasher, Laundry, and water softener.

Master bedroom also has a Smart TV with Youtube tv provided.
