Our room was really gross! Dark sticky stains on side tables and other surfaces. Hair and dirt all over the carpet. Broken fire alarm beeped every 30 seconds. We went to a concert at the hotel venue and that was a ton of fun. The staff were very nice.

Not family friendly like the listing states. All restaurant except Starbucks are in the smoky casino. Pool is adults only. Front desk staff were rude. Only way to get a cart for luggage is to pay someone. Won on a blackjack computer game and staff would r pay out my winnings. Will never come back to Tunica.

Resort was older but well maintained. The room was good, but when we first got to the room the TV didn’t work and the telephone wasn’t working either. The front desk sent someone immediately upon our notification about the TV and he had it operating in about ten minutes.
